Rescued

"My friends are not punching bags for you to train with Gosilove," said the man.

"Rodrigo," she replied, "Back for round two?"

"More like back to kill you off," he said.

Julio looked at him. Rodrigo's face was scarred from his previous fight against her. Aliens started to surround him. Then a giant purple axe manifested and cut the aliens in half. Gosilove got up looked at the remaining aliens.

"Do not interrupt," she said, "this is between us."

She ran towards him and pulled out a dagger. She stepped on a piece of rubble and launched herself into the air. Rodrigo grabbed her and tossed her aside.

"Looks like your stronger," Gosilove said, "Did you train before our fight?"

"No," he said, "I just thought of taking you down."

Rodrigo ran towards her and punched her in the stomach. He threw another punch but Gosilove caught it and twisted it behind his back.

"Well I guess that didn't work," she said.

"It's the thought that counts," Rodrigo said.

She pulled out a dagger and held it against his neck.

"This time I'll be sure to finish you off," Gosilove said.

"The thing is I can still put up a fight," he said.

"You have one arm behind your back and a dagger against your neck," she said, "anything you try will end up causing pain."

"Not everything," Rodrigo said.

A purple boxing glove manifested and started to punch Gosilove in the head. She lost her balance and dropped the dagger. Rodrigo was able to escaped. The boxing glove disappeared and Gosilove got right back up. A staff manifested and sweeped Gosilove back down to the ground.

"And stay down," Rodrigo said.

He went over to Julio and untied him. The aliens were to stunned to do anything. Julio untied the rest of the team while Rodrigo grabbed Gosilove. A dagger manifested and Rodrigo grabbed it.

"Don't do it," Julio said, "We can use her to our advantage."

Rodrigo dropped her and the dagger disappeared. He walked back to rejoin the group. They walked over to Luis's body and mourned.

"He was a great addition to this team," Julio said.

Gosilove took this chance to get up and attack. She grabbed her dagger from the ground and ran towards the group.

"Let's have a moment of silence for Luis," Toby said.

They became quiet. Julio turned around to see Gosilove in midair about to stab Rodrigo. Suddenly Luis's suit turned from purple to black and a different ring appeared on his finger. His eyes opened and notice Gosilove. He pointed the ring at Gosilove and thought of a beam shooting out from it.

A black beam penetrated Gosilove's stomach and she disintegrated. The aliens boarded the ship and left as quickly as they could. Luis got up and looked at his suit.

"Uh..." he said, "When did I get a new suit? And a new ring?"

"You died," Julio said, "How did you come back to life?"

"He is in a new Corps," someone said.

They turned around and saw a man in a black suit that looked just like Luis's suit.

"He is in the Death Corps and was given new life," he said.

"I didn't even know there was a Death Corps," Rodrigo said.

"There is also a Life Corps also," he said.

"Wow," said Toby.

"By the way," the man said, "The Death Corps would like to work together with the other Corps to take down this threat."

"Great," Julio said, "That's two Corps working together to save the planet."

The man smiled and disappeared. The Will Corps members headed back to the ship and the four guys headed back to Detroit.
