We both wake up to sun shining through the hole that will be meant for a window. Realizing it's probably late afternoon, for the hole is located more towards the lower part of the wall. After Sherman's death, it's hard to wake up; Cecelia's mournful eyes stare at me while opening and closing slowly. But I shove her a little, so that she doesn't fall back asleep. She finally gets up and we walk with sad faces towards each other. We don't know what to say, and I breath in deeply,
"So...?" It's only a slight murmur, and Cecelia doesn't seem to hear but she gasps as she sees a bluebird land on a tree nearby. I can't see it myself, because the air people have extraordinary vision, that is surprisingly unsurpassed by any other animal on the planet. We, the earth group, have great smell and movement direction. For example, a cat actually doesn't see as clearly as we think. To him or her, everything is blurry, but they can detect something moving from a huge distance. The water have vibration senses: they can feel the water moving, even the most subtle differences in the currant. The fire sense heat, they can see if something living, which produces heat is around.
I decide to try and find an activity we could do, so that we don't fall back asleep. If we do, we won't be able to sleep at all tonight....
We finally reach an agreement, saying that we should walk or fly around the area to see what's around. And, it could get us some exercise. We leave about fifteen minutes later, transform into our animals and head outside. Luckily, my thick fur protects me from the cold breeze and Cecelia's speed blankets her from the cold. We start heading towards a random direction, from the front of our house. At first, we walk, or fly slowly but then decide we won't have time if to exercise much if we do that. So, we start going much faster. Soon enough, I'm panting and I am a little cold.
We finally spot something in the distance, some cut trees, a valley..
Maybe someone else, or another group is around here, and they used the wood from those trees to build their house or a campground! I howl and Cecelia comes down form the sky and walks  with me. I know it's hard for her, but it's best if she's not spotted by potential other people. We decide to creep over to the trees, not making a single sound. When we reach the valley, Cecelia's really tired and she jumps on my back. It doesn't bother me at all, because she's as light as a feather so she can fly even faster. After those trunks, there is a whole line of them, we decide to follow it.
"Hey, do you really want to go there?...." Cecelia asks, probably just to make sure.
"I really don't know, maybe we should head back home" I answer, now whispering.
"You sure? I actually kind of want to go, but at the same time, it's kind of haunting me; this place is creepy." she adds on.
"Okay, you know what, I think we should go ahead. I mean, what could happen to us? Maybe just get kidnaped; that happened to us before though!" I say sarcastically.
"I don't know....I think we should go." She concludes.
Well, then my joke wasn't worth it, it did not make her laugh. Maybe getting kidnaped isn't a thing people should joke about, it's a serious matter. Also, getting kidnaped for the school of the elements is different than getting kidnaped for random people who will probably do bad things to you. I don't know actually, maybe it is the same. Maybe getting "taken" is the same thing as getting kidnaped for whatever cause.... I should ask that to Cecelia on day, I'll see about it.
We walk starting forward, until we reach a little house.
Guess who we see there...?
Two old friends from a few days ago.......
