Next day ... At lunch

August's POV

Its basketball season and im thinking about trying out for the team. I just gotta get my system clean. I was walking to lunch and seen Dartez. She approached me with a hug. We walked into the lunch room and found Alvae, Terry and Aaliyah all sitting at the table together. Dartez sat, i went and got into the line. Ya boy be hungry!!

"Hey stranger." i heard from behind my back as the same person tapped on my shoulder. I turned around and saw Chelsea. Fuck!! This bitch aggaravating.

"Whats up." i dryly said then turned right back around. I aint have no time to be dealing with this chick. She stepped in front of me and got a lil too close. I bagged away but Chelsea still moved in closer. Whats this girl problem?

"You still seeing ol' girl... Dartez?" she asked.  "Why you worried? Better move around before she see you and kick yo ass." i said seriously. I know Dartez crazy.

"Boy please. But seriously, you should leave her alone and come get with something real." She whispered into my ear after bitting it. I took my hand from her grip and walked off.

I made my way back to the table. Everybody was sitting around talking and laughing.

"You missed me, ma?" i asked Dartez as i leaned in for a kiss. She moved her face away though.

"Whats up with you?"

"Your whats up with me, August!" she yelled then got up and left. I was just sitting their looking lost

Did she see what just happened with me and Chelsea? Its no way though. We were on the other side of the cafeteria. But it wasnt like that. That girl was really pushin up on me. If Dartez dont believe me then thats on her body. I know what i did and didnt do.

"Whats up with her dawg?" Terry asked. I just shrugged my shoulders.

"Make me beat yo ass August!" Aaliyah said. I got up and followed Dartez out the cafeteria. When i made it out, i didnt see her. Oh well.

After that, the bell rung. I went to my next two classes and chilled. A nigga already got enough on they mind. Dartez ain't making shit no better for me.

When the last bell of the day rung, i walked to the student parking lot and i didnt see Dartez.

"Liyah! You seen Dartez?" i asked. She shook her head no. Terry and Alvae didnt see her either. I called her twice and she sent me to voicemail. Fuck it, im going home.

Dartez's POV

So August wanna play dumb? Was all hugged up with Chelsea then tried to come and hug on me! Who do he think he is!!? I caught me a ride home with my friend Cj who i been talking to lately

Hes really sweet and cool. He knows how to treat a lady! Cj dropped me off at my dad's since i didnt have my car because it was at August's place..

Cj pulled into the yard and turned off the car. He looked over to me all sexy like and i started blushing.

"You beautiful, Dartez. You know?"

I nodded. Cj will compliment me all day. Hes too nice!

"So just call me and ill pick you up when your ready. Ok?" Cj said.

"Okay. See you later then." i said then kissed him on the cheek. I felt his eyes watching my ass as i walked up to the door. Ugh, i hate that feeling.

I knocked twice and Deedy answered the door. I hugged her and she let me in. I didn't see dad no were.

"Where's dad?" i asked as i placed my bookbag on the sofa.

"Hes on his way here...with mom! You excited??" she asked smiling too wide at me!

"Duh! You know it. Its been on my mind all day."

"Mine too. I couldnt even focus in class today." Deedy said.

We heard the doornob wiggling and i knew it was Dad and our mom.

We looked up and in walked a beautiful light skin lady with long black hair and our dad right behind her. She instantly started smilling and crying.

"Dont just stand their my babies! Come give your mommy a hug." she cried. Deedy and I rushed into her arms. Tears of joy fell from my eyes. I cant believe its all real!
