Sammie: im @ Starbucks
Matt: just got in the mall, be there in a sec
Sammie: k
In a few minutes, I saw Matt enter Starbucks. I waved at him nervously. Then I took a quick sip of my S'mores Frappuccino. He walked up to me and sat down.
"Hey," Matt smiled. I said hi, and he slipped his phone into his jean pocket.
"I just wanted to ask you something," I paused, taking another gulp of the cold drink. "So . . . um . . . do you wanna go out with me or something?" I asked quietly.
Matt started blushing, then a big smile appeared on his face. "Yes, but I should've asked you."
My grin faltered. The he took my hands. "I've liked you for a while, and I've wanted to ask you out. I have been too afraid, I guess. But I'm glad you like me."
"Omg, are you serious? You're not lying?" I exclaimed happily. Matt smiled wide and I squealed, jumping into his lap.
"You are hilarious, Sammie," he whispered, looking down into my eyes. Then we kissed until a Starbucks guy shoved us out of the place, saying we were being too much.
