Liam POV
I sat beside Zayn, at the end of the table. Beside Zayn was Niall, and then Lou and Harry. Zayn and Niall were conversing and laughing, and so was Louis and Harry, but i on the other hand kept my eyes open for a certain 5 foot girl, with green eyes, and an annoyed and ready to kill face. It took about an hour before i saw her, at least 20 people back, with a scowl on her features, and muttering something to herself. She was the only girl not screaming bloody murder, and that looked truly unhappy, which bothered me considering i thought she might enjoy seeing the fans act like this. I signed everything for the girls that approached, hugging them if they asked. When Cassie was close enough to me she shot me a grin before she began screaming, acting like a fan girl. She was a good actress. I signed things for the other 3 screaming girls, smiling as usual at them, but as Cassie approached i smiled like an idiot as she bounced in front of me. "OH MY GOD LIAM I AM YOUR BIGGEST FAN!" She screamed, her green eyes shining in amusement. "I get that a lot," I smiled at her, getting out a photo so all of us could sign it for her, "Who should i make this out to?" I grinned, and she thought for a second, before she returned my smile, "Hm. Stubborn, Moody, and Annoying." I laughed, quite loudly before nodding to her, "My pleasure." She laughed to, the sound i absolutely loved, and i signed 'For Stubborn, Moody, and Annoying, work on that. - Love, Liam' I passed the photo to Zayn for him to sign, and the moment i did Cassie's smile turned into the smirk i had became familiar with in the short time I knew her. It told me she was up to something, and i raised my eyebrow to her before Zayn tapped my shoulder getting my attention, "Liam?!" He asked, his voice stern and angry, "Why would you write this to a fan?!" He cried, and my mouth dropped open and i know i looked like a fish out of water. I opened and closed my mouth several times before looking back at Cassie, who was still supporting that smirk. "Write her a new one!" Zayn demanded, and she turned to him with a fake frown, "Thanks Zayn," She murmured just so he could hear her, "Of course sweetheart, he's usually not like this." Zayn soothed, patting her arm, and I reluctantly pulled out another photo signing it, while glaring at the young girl as i did it. She shot me a smirk, evil little.. I pushed it to Zayn angrily, and he asked her her name and she told him, and he wrote something before passing it to Niall. Cassie started to walk to Niall like she was supposed to, but not before leaning over the table and whispering in my ear, "That was for making me deal with these idiots, see you soon." And to my surprise i felt warm lips press to my cheek, leaving me stunned. She smirked at me, before skipping to Niall, knowing i was still watching. She left the table after talking to the other two and getting their autograph as well, she turned and waved at me, that same devilish smirk on her full lips.
I pulled up to the curb, where the sixteen year old sat, flipping through her phone. She stood as I came to a stop, and threw the door open sliding inside, "I hate you." I claimed childishly, and she burst into laughter, "That was freaking hilarious!" "I really do hate you!" "Yeah, yeah! God Zayn was PISSED." "Really, I cant stand you." She shot me a smile, her white teeth visible, "Drive, Singer Boy." I huffed, but supressed a grin. This girl really is something. An annoying, stubborn, moody, remarkable something.
I pulled up to my large home, trying to block out Cassie's constant rambling as she attempted - and suceeded - to annoy me. I put the car in park, reaching to turn the it off, but before i could a small hand gripped the key, turned it and pulled it out before i could even blink. She was laughing as she ran up to my door, the key in hand. I sighed, hitting my head on the steering wheel. I dont know if ill survive this friendship, if thats what this is. I shuffled to the door slowly, which she had left open after unlocking it. "I'm exhausted," She groaned, dropping herself onto the couch with a loud 'plop'. "You ready to go home?" "Does it involve moving?" "Yes." "Then no." I sighed, "You really are ridiculous." "Ridiculously awesome." "That was lame." "If i had the energy i would totally flip you off." "Good to know." I smiled at her as she closed her eyes, leaning her head back on the couch. I looked at the clock, it was around 8. "You wanna stay here tonight? It's getting kind of late." She smirked once more, despite her closed eyes, and i realized her smirking is something im going to have to get used to, "Sure. But you're not getting anything out of your glove box." What was she- ...oh. She opened her eyes to see my blush, and she giggled and laughed which caused me to do the same. "You can sleep in the guest room, you know where it is." She nodded, and began to mutter things, "You can do this." She muttered, "Do what?" She glared at me, "I'm trying to talk myself into getting up." I laughed at her, "I could carry you?" I asked hesitantly, and she rolled to look me straight in the eyes, "You touch me, and i will tear your throat out with my teeth." "Okay, stubborn, moody, annoying, AND violent." She giggled, throwing her legs over the couch and pushing herself up. "Come on, Bug" She called to the dog who was laying at her feet, that popped her head up at Cassie's voice. "I'm heading to bed alright, Popstar?" She asked grabbing her bag and throwing it over her shoulders, walking past me, Nellie following loyally, "Alright, Night Country Girl." She smiled at me from the top of the steps, the smile making my heart warm knowing it was genuine. I have a feeling Cassie and I are going to get along just fine.
