** Lauren's POV **
She finally reached out to me after about a year of the incident. I really missed her, I'm not going to lie. When I saw her number flash across the screen I was filled with happiness and anger. Happy because she wants to get to where we used to be. Yet I was angry because it took her so long and the fact that I didn't know if she had anything to do with my near death experience. Comes to think of it, she was walking away to take private phone calls. But she never acted as if anything was wrong. I'm just going to go to the bar today and meet with her to find out what the hell is going on here.
** At The Bar **
** Melanie's POV **
Wow, she looks amazing. Melanie thought to herself as her former bestfriend got closer to the spot she had chosen. Her belly looks bigger, OMG She's Pregnant... I thought about what I was saying and there's no way in hell that she had actually gotten pregnant. After having at least 5 abortions, the Dr. told her she'd never be able to get pregnant. Dr's aren't wrong.... Are they?

As I walk into the bar I see my former best friend waiting for me. She's still as beautiful as ever. The closer I got to her the more I realized she was staring at me. I pulled my jacket around me tighter because it was getting chilly with her eyes piercing through my skin . I'm sure she's noticing the bump I now carry in front of me. We're not that good of friends for me to explain my current situation to her. . . Are we ?
