Tears filling her eyes Lauren said "You and I nearly had sex at your house on the night Tyler proposed. We were the only ones who knows about that. I haven't said a word to anyone. That only leaves one other person that was there and that's you! Lauren voice is shaky now.

Melanie looked at Lauren dumbfounded. Do you seriously think I would hire someone to kill my best friend. Now Melanie was crying. Lauren, I love you. I'm in love you with you. Yes, I wish it were me that's getting to spend the rest of my life but it's not. I'm still the luckiest person to even have you apart of my life."

"Listen, I don't give a monkey's ass who you're married to. I love you. He doesn't know everything about you like I do. He probably doesn't even notice how calm you can be when you're angry, how your heart slows down instead of beating quicker when you're really happy, or I bet he doesn't know your secret still. You know that you can't have babies. Melanie's eyes got huge at that point. She knew she had gone too far to say the secret but she had to prove her point.

Lauren looked at her and her face hardened. I once loved you too, Melanie. But until you can prove to me otherwise you didn't plan for my death, I can't be friends with you. As of now, I completely despise you. I want to slap the hell out of you but right now, I need my dignity not jail time. I just got married for GOD'S Sake. I'm going home to my HUSBAND and tell him the secret about me not being able to have children and afterwards he's gonna hold me me and tell me it's okay and we'll get through it.
