Getting Home

Lauren's POV

"I was so upset with Melanie, I couldn't even think straight on my way home. I kept crying and the water blurred my vision so I could barely drive. I know I pulled over to get myself together at least twice. The third time I was about to pull over, my phone beeped. I picked up my phone and waited until I got to the stop light and saw that it was Tyler. He was looking for me because the drive wasn't as long as he had expected. I text him back and then a car horn started beeping behind me, I looked up and saw that the light had turned green and quickly pulled off. 

**At home**

When I go home, Tyler was sitting on the living room couch. I went over to him and sat next to him. He leaned in for a kiss and my heart quickened. Once he got close to me he stopped and sniffed me.

"Are you drunk" he asked me.

"Uhm, I went to the bar with Melanie and I..." I couldn't finish my sentence. Tyler we need to talk".

"Not right now,  you're drunk. Let's get you a  bath and then we can talk later or tomorrow" Tyler said lifting me up into his arms.

"I didn't refuse his assistance, I just got right up and went with him to the upstairs bedroom where he laid me down to go run my bath water. When he came back he started undressing me and I threw my hands up and said Tyler, please don't touch me". He looked at me confused but backed away and through his hands up. Then he said, "But I'm coming in the bathroom with you. "Fine" I said.

I walked into the bathroom and looked into the mirror and I saw the mark where the bullet has once been and I hovered my hand over the spot. Tears filled my eyes and I quickly wiped them away because Tyler's full 6'2 frame entering the doorway. He walked behind. God he was so close. I felt his manhood touch my back and I tensed up. I turned around and kissed him passionately. He kissed me back with the same intensity. He picked me and sat me on the bathroom counter and positioned himself in between my legs. He kissed my neck and whispered "This is the night that I give you my children."

When he said that, I felt my face immediately get wet with tears. they dripped onto his back and he pulled away and looked at me. "Baby, what's wrong?" I looked him square in the eye with my blurred vision and said "I can't have children Tyler, I'm so sorry. I should have told you sooner." His mouth opened to say something but before he could I pushed him off me and ran downstairs and locked myself in one of the guest bedrooms. He came behind me and started knocking.

"Lauren, please let me in so we can talk about this."

"There's nothing to talk about, the one thing you desire, I can't give it you. Now please GO AWAY!"
