I was deep into thought when Tyler called me. "Honey, are you okay? You seem a bit out of it" he said. I shook my head slightly to regain my focus as I felt his cold hands touch my skin. "Uh, what did you say? Sorry, I don't know why I zoned out." He looked at me with eyes of pity. It was like he felt sorry for me. I am so glad today I can go home and get out this hospital. Tyler, I have to tell you something when we have privacy." He looked at me confused. "Is everything okay? Did I do something babe? is it about the medicine I didn't go get for you the other day?" I couldn't help but swallow the lump in the back of my throat and hold back the tears that were fighting their way into my eyes. "Everything, is fine, don't worry."

**Going home**

The whole ride home I was deep in thought. Our new home has yet to be be slept in. He has been staying with my dad just so that he could carry me over the threshold and we could enjoy the first night in our new home together. I'm glad to have found him. he makes my life so much better. He changed me, back in the day I was wild and crazy. I would give it up to any guy with a nice car and money. But as soon as I met him, I didn't want to turn out like the rest of the other guys. He held this place in my heart and I wanted him to always be there.

When we reached the door, Tyler picked me up. I was so happy to finally be home with him. We had just walked to the kitchen and my mouth fell open in astonishment. The house was so much more beautiful than I remembered. He kissed me and I felt my body go weak from his kiss. I missed him so much. I remembered that we needed to talk. I broke the kiss and I bluntly said " Tyler, I know who shot me." His eyes looked at me confused and also with worry. I leaned over and reached in my book and gave him the note. He read the note and he fell back against the counter. "Babe, I'm so sor.. I started but he stopped me. "I have a note too" he said looking at the floor.
