Lauren's P.O.V.
When I woke up, I saw Tyler and dad sitting next to the bed. I was still feeling slight pain in my side but they told me they cannot give me as much medicine as they used to when I first came in two weeks ago. They told me the more I take the medicine the more I would get addicted to it and its not the kind of medicine you want to get addicted to. I asked Tyler to run to the drug store to get me something, but he refused. I then stopped trying to get more medicine. I would just get used to taking this little bit for now because I'll be out of here in the three days. I was so glad when Nurse Thompson told me that. I looked around the room and my eyes landed on the clock and it was 3 p.m. Come on Friday. I'm tired of this hospital. I'm ready to get home. My new home. The one me and Tyler were supposed to have started out life in together two weeks ago. But that stupid person had to shoot me. . . And it hit me. The Note !!
