Chapter 21 - anime and Hitch

Waking up in Joeys arms felt amazing. as I slowly stretched my arms, trying not to wake him he kissed me on the cheek.

"Morning." he smiled.

"Good morning."

"Okay, sorry to hit you with this right now but for now were 'just friends' in front of everyone else. not to sound like a dick though. I know that most if them know that I like you but I want our relationship to be sweet and long lasting." he smiled

"I was thinking the exact same." i smiled.

I slipped out of the bed and patted down my horribly crinkled dress. Joey followed me out and slipped back on his shorts and teeshirt.

"I'm hungry, its 11 O'clock." he said putting on his top.

"Same." I agreed.

I tidied the bed and then followed Joey out of the room and down the stairs to the kitchen.

Kian, Jc and some random girl (Meghan/ lifeburry17) were sitting on the couches watching TV and eating cereal.

I poured myself some lucky charms and a cup if water and sat with them, away from Joey.

"Ugh, I'm knackered." Kian sighed.

"Same." Meghan agreed. "I haven't been this tired since the amazing race."

"You were on the amazing race!" I interrupted what Jc was about to say.

"Yep, and Joey." She smiled.

I turned to Joey and raised my eye brows, "that's so cool, that's like one of the top things on my bucket list."

"It was amazing." Joey added.

"Anyway, I was going to ask if anyone wanted some ice cream." Jc chuckled getting up.

"Really? for breakfast?" I questioned.

"Oh yes, every day." Kian rolled his eyes.

"Hmm, strange, but no thanks." I smiled.

"Well I better get home, hitch needs feeding if sawyer didnt end up going straight home, he probably went over to Shane's." Joey got up, then finished his last mouthful of the charms.

"Can I get a ride?" I asked. Trying to scoff the rest of my food.

"Sure." he sighed.

"See ya!" they yelled in sync.

We put our bowels in the kitchen then walked outside to the car. I jumped in the passenger seat and he drove off.

I think he purposefully took the long way as it was almost a half an hour drive, I'm not complaining though, it was a very nice conversation.

We pulled up to his house and I followed him inside.

"Sawyer?" he yelled through the house. no reply.

"Thought so." he turned to me.

I heard little scuffles along the ground then around the corner came the cutest little puppy.

"You much be hitch?" I said bending down to pat him.

"Sure is." Joey assured me.

"Wow I really like the house." I looked around at all the movie posters, camera equipment and boxes and boxes of mail.

"Well shucks." he fluttered his eyes and pouted.

" Wow." I said looking at his strange face.

"Get use to it." he chuckled.

I followed Joey through the kitchen to where Hitch's food was kept. he quickly filled the bowl and watched him munch away.

"What shall we do?" he looked to me then back at Hitch.

"Your house." I stated.

"Uhh, do you like anime?" he questioned shyly.

"Depends what type. I have watched a few though."

"Well do you want to watch some until Sawyer finds his way home?" he laughed.

"Sure."

He grabbed my hand and pulled me up the stairs, I examined all the movie posters and wow he had a lot.

"Where did you get all these?"

"The posters? Mostly online, some were Given to us."

"That's so cool."

We walked to his room and I snuggled into his bed. he chuckled me the pictures of the choices I had.

"The one with the purple background is all in Japanese so its all subtitles. I recommend the one with the flower in the girls hair." he said fiddling around with his tv.

"That one it is then." I handed them back. he put the disk in the player and grabbed the remote.

He got into the bed with me and threw his top on the ground.

"It's an OCD. I can't game, watch anime or sleep with a shirt on."

"Well I also cant watch anime with clothes on." I winked pulling my dress off. He kept his eyes on my face though, what a gentleman.
