Once Eleanor, James and Fred finished their dinner, they immediately proceeded to the Headmistress's office.

Eleanor watched as James and Fred gingerly walked to the Headmistress's office, as if they weren't about to get in trouble. She knew that they thought they had covered all the evidence. She knew that they thought they could talk their way out of this one. As if they were successful to do so before.

Professor Flitwick, the head of Ravenclaw house and Professor Longbottom, head of Gryffindor house, had been waiting outside the office for Eleanor, James and Fred.

"Ah! You're here! Come now!" Flitwick greeted them as he led all of them in the office.

McGonagall had been waiting on her desk in her cat form when the three students along with their professors had arrived in her office. They all watched as she turned back to her human form and approached them.

"I'd like all of you to have a seat" She said, lowering her glasses. "And Professor Flitwick and Professor Longbottom, you may wait outside, thankyou"

They all did as they were told, sitting on the chairs provided for them. McGonagall approached Eleanor and looked at her now, freckled face. She rubbed her thumb on Eleanor's cheek. "Do you two have something to do with this?" She said tilting her head in Eleanor's direction

"No" James answered. McGonagall immediately saw the confidence in him.

"Gryffindors these days" McGonagall thought to herself, shaking her head. "I see.." She said to the boy with the large smirk on his face and lowered her glasses

"He's lying you know" Eleanor began "He's always lying. As if lying has ever gotten him out of anything"

"I understand-" McGonagall replied "-that you may seem to think that he's lying, but do you have any proof of this accusation? Miss McGonagall"

She was testing her. Eleanor knew, her mother was testing her. To see if she was smart enough to talk her way into this, or if she had actually gotten any proof.

Eleanor's lips curled into a smirk. "As a matter of fact, Headmistress. I do" James's eyes widened and glared at Fred.

"Oh, dear Freddie, how could you fail me again" James thought to himself, mentally groaning. But in the outside, his face showed no fear. In his mind, there is still half a possibility that the proof she had was just nothing.

"Alright, and what is the proof you claim is in your possession?" said McGonagall

Eleanor fished for something in her robes. Later, she held her hand out, and revealed it was a half shattered vile. Green, disgusting, liquid was dripping from the ends. "This, Headmistress" She said and handed it to her. "I found it near where I was sitting during dinner. After Cygnus-" Eleanor glared at Fred "-left to go to the bathroom, and never came back. Judging from the consistency, and smell, I can say that it's polyjuice potion."

McGonagall held the shattered vile in her wrinkled hands and examined it. "And, also, I'm not stupid, so, I very well feel it's curious when I see Cygnus looking at James, sharing grins with him, and signaling him a thumbs up." Her glare was now transferred to James. Her glares were always so deadly. If looks could kill, James Sirius Potter would have been dead two years ago. "And, I find it suspicious that, while Cygnus was at dinner, Fred Weasley was not. And then, when he went to go to the loo, he never came back, but Fred did! With James!" Eleanor pointed an accusing finger at the two

McGonagall gave a stern look at the two boys, who were now slouching out of defeat. "Very well, I've heard enough. Detention for you two. And thank you Eleanor, for bringing this proof. I'll be sending you to the Hospital Wing later to see if Madame Pomfrey can do something with what's happened to your face."
