"Catnip!" Gale runs down the hall. "Catnip!" I roll my eyes and grab his shirt. "Oh, Clove. Have you seen Katniss?"

"No, but if you keep yelling catnip, you're going to attract cats," I tell him, giggling.

He rolls his grey eyes. "Ha-ha. Where's Katniss?"

"I don't know, Gale." I turn away from him and walk towards the library, where Cato said he was going to be to study.

"Hey, babe," I say as I walk over to Cato and kiss his cheek. I look around, Marvel must've went home.

"Hey," he says then sighs.

"What's wrong?" I wrap my arms around his neck.

"Nothing... it's just— nothing." He looks down at his feet.

"Hey," I say, lifting his head up. "You can tell me anything, okay?"

"I know." He sits down in a chair and I sit beside him. "Glimmer came in here and saw that I was studying. Now, she knows I'm a nerd."

"Geek," I correct him.

"I don't care anymore. She's probably already told the whole school by now."

"Why is it so important that you keep yourself hidden from everyone?" I rub circles in his back.

"Well, every school I've ever been to always made fun of me. I was always the kid everyone picked on. I didn't want to be that kid here."

I nod, understanding. "Can I tell you something?" I ask, making him look at me and nod. "Okay, but you have to promise not to tell anyone. Absolutely no one."

"I promise."

"Okay. So, Glimmer has been waiting for this moment ever since the first day of high school for her. She's been waiting for someone like you to come here, so she can make their life miserable by teasing them and spreading rumors," I begin explaining.

"Why would she want to tease someone just because of who they are?" He furrows his eyebrows.

"Because, it's her revenge for those painful years in elementary school."

"What do you mean?"

"She was sick of having pencils and pens being thrown at her. She hated being called Geeky Glimmer. So, before ninth grade, she got her braces removed, she got contacts, and started dressing differently and started acting dumb." I look over at Cato, who looks shocked to hear the real story of Glimmer Belcourt. "She swore that she'll never go back to her old self. She swore that if another person that was like her steps foot into this school, she'll make them feel the same pain she felt."

"That's a little harsh, don't you think?"

"It's just the way Glimmer is. She never forgives, never forgets."

"Still, I don't think it's right to make someone else miserable, just because she was."

"Me neither." I stand up. "I'm going home. Wanna come with me?"

"Sure." He stands up and grabs my hand. We walk out the door and down the street, towards our houses.

"Good morning, Peeta," I say, smiling, as I walk into the classroom.

"H– hi, Clove." He looks at me like he seen a ghost.

"What's wrong?" I ask him, confused. Peeta's never like this.

"Nothing." He sits down in his desk.

"Okay," I mutter under my breath. Why is he acting so weird?

"Hey, Cloverbells," Johanna says as she walks in the room and walks over to me.

"Hey, Jo. What's up?" I smile at her.

"The ceiling," she laughs. "Listen to this, so I was walking in the school with Brainless and Peeta this morning, when we saw—" I can't believe my ears.

A/N: Hiya! Okies, dokies. So, what do you think Johanna, Katniss, and Peeta saw? I wanna see if any of you can guess correctly. Crickets chirping* -_- I'm going to kill those crickets. I think the idea sounds fun. Let's give it a whirl. Shall we? 😏
