It was news years eve in Auradon and it was also karaoke night, Evie was sitting by the fire reading her book. Jay was forced to come even though he didn't want to. Jay and Aurdery had broken up because Aurdery likes Chad and Doug and Evie have broken up because it didn't feel right between them. Evie and Jay where minding their own business when Mal and Carlos took them in stage "oh no I can sing dude don't make me do this" Jay says to Carlos "come on Mal you know I don't want to sing" Evie complained to Carlos. Then the music started

After the song finished Jay and Evie went for a walk out side "you have a beautiful voice Evie" Jay says to her and they sit down at a table "so do you Jay" Evie says and they smile, no one is out here. Jay and Evie slowly lean in and BAM! They kiss. Once they pull back they look deep into each other's eyes .
Brown eyes met blue as some people say "Evie would you like to go out with me?" Jay ask's "of course I would" Evie says "so does that make us boyfriend and girlfriend?" Jay ask's "if you want it to be" Evie says "then we are dating" Jay says and the two hug and watch the fireworks go off. This was the best New Years ever
