Audery dumped Jay the day after coronation (three days ago). So now Jay is single and he loves to flirt with Evie. He has a massive crush on her so this is how he deals with it. Evie thinks it's normal for Jay to flirt with her. Even though she's dating Doug

Jay and Evie used to flirt all the time on the Isle Of The Lost. Even Mal and Carlos think it's normal. One day while Jay and Evie were flirting Mal, Carlos and Ben were talking "Mal don't you think it's weird that Jay and Evie flirt with each other all the time?" Ben asked

"No. They did it all the time on the isle" Mal said "yeah it's not like they like each other" Carlos said. Mal and Carlos looked at Ben then at each other "oh my Auradon" Mal said "Jay and Evie like each other!" Carlos said

"And neither of them know it"  Ben said "yeah." Carlos said "and we're going to change that" Mal said "isn't Evie dating Doug?" Ben asked "not for long" Mal said "Mal you can't do that" Ben said "she will though" Carlos said and him and Mal ran off.

Evie and Jay are talking "so what are you doing later Foxy?' Jay asked and Evie giggled "that's not my name. But I'm free later" Evie said "Jay!" Someone shouted "see you later Jay" Evie said and she walked away. Audery walked up to Jay.

"What do you want?" Jay asked Audery "I want to know why your flirting with Evie" Audery said "firstly I wasn't flirting and secondly why do you care?" Jay asked "Evie has a boyfriend. And you were flirting" Audery said

"Why do you care so much?" Jay asked "I care because you are flirting with a girl who has a boyfriend" Audery said "you dumped my three days ago and your jealous that I have moved on" Jay said "maybe... Wait no. She has a boyfriend" Audery said

"And I know that" Jay said "bye" Jay said and he walked away.

Later that day Doug and Evie were talking when Jay walked by. He winked at Evie and said "Hey Foxy" Evie giggled and said "hi Jay" Doug was furious. When Jay left Doug wanted to talk to Evie "what the hell was that?" Doug asked

"What was what?" Evie asked "you and Jay. He flirted with you" Doug said "that wasn't flirting" Evie said "yeah then what was it?" Doug asked. He had a bad attitude "he was being nice" Evie said "and I don't like you tone" Evie said

"Well I don't care. Stay away from Jay" Doug said "no" Evie said "what?" Doug asked "I said no" Evie said "I don't care what you said. You will stay away from Jay" Doug said "no I won't. You know what Doug. We are over" Evie said

"You can't do that" Doug said "I can and I have" Evie said and she started to walk away from Doug. Evie was happy that she finally was free from that trap. Now she was free to date whoever she chose. And she had her eyes on a certain thief.

"Evie. Evie wait!" Someone said and Evie turned around to see Carlos "hey Carlos. What's up?" Evie asked "follow me" Carlos said "okay" Evie said and she followed Carlos to his dorm. When they got their Mal and Jay were they.

"Hey Foxy" Jay said "hey guys" Evie said "sup" Mal said "hello" Carlos said "so what's going on?" Evie asked "you and Jay" Mal said "what?" Jay asked "you heard me. Sort it out" Mal said and she left the room with Carlos. They closed the door and locked it.

"So" they both said "we're alone?" Evie asked and they looked around "yeah" Jay said. They both slowly walked to each other "do you like me?" Evie asked "no" Jay said "oh" Evie said "I love you" Jay said and Evie smiled and blushed.

"And you?" Jay asked "I love you too" Evie said and Jay smiled. They slowly leaned in, Evie put her arms around Jays neck. Evie out his arms around Evie's waist and he pulled her closer. They kept leaning in until their lips met and they kissed.
