Jealous Doug

Mal and Evie are fast asleep on their beds. Jay and Carlos are trying to quietly leave as they have a big tourney game tomorrow. They had a movie night last night.

Jay looked over to see Evie sleeping peacefully. He sighed and left the room. They boys started to walk to their dorm "Jay I have to ask. Do you like Evie?" Carlos asked.

"W-what do you mean Like?" Jay asked "well do you like her. Like more then a friend" said Carlos "Maybe. Is it bad?" Jay asked and he opened his dorm room door.

"No it's perfectly normal" said Carlos "you really think so?" Jay asked "I know so. And when the time is right, maybe you should tell her" said Carlos "you must be joking" said Jay and he sat down on his bed.

"I'm not joking" said Carlos "you must be. There is no way that Evie would like me" said Jay "you never know" said Carlos "Evie only sees me as a brother. Nothing more" said Jay

"Oh you innocent child" said Carlos sarcastically "what?" Jay asked "well maybe if you tell her. When the times right of course. She might like you back" said Carlos

"Yeah right. In my dreams" said Jay "speaking of dreams. We should really get some sleep. Night Carlos" said Jay "good night Jay. Remember. She might like you" said Carlos "Yeah. Might" said Jay and they both fell asleep.

The next morning when the girls woke up they saw the boys were gone "where did Jay and Carlos go?" Evie asked "they have a big tourney game today remember?" Mal asked

"Oh yeah" said Evie and she got dressed. Once she was dressed she did her makeup "why are you getting all dolled up?" Mal asked "well after the tourney game I have a date with Doug" said Evie.

"Is he talking to you now?" Mal asked "yes he is, after weeks he finally started to talk to me again. I don't know why he stopped talking to me in the first place" said Evie. "No clue" said Mal.

"Did you do anything wrong?" Mal asked "not that I can think of. I have been a very loyal girlfriend." Said Evie "you can even ask Jay and Carlos" said Evie and she giggled.

Jay and Carlos. Evie always said Jay and Carlos. Never Carlos and Jay. Jay was always first. Something must be up. Because Evie always says names in alphabetical order. Mal thought.

"Mal did you even listen to me?" Evie asked "nope. What did you say?" Mal asked "I said that Jay and Carlos want us at the field early they have a surprise" said Evie and she started to head to the door

"Okay cool. Eve's I have a questions for you before we go" said mal and Evie stopped in her tracks "Yes?' Evie asked "do you. By any chance. Like Jay?" Mal asked.

Evie giggled "that's ridiculous M, Jays like my brother. Even if I did... He wouldn't like me back" said Evie sadly "well let's go" said Evie and she opened the door

"Let's go then" said Mal and they left. They headed to the tourney field and walked up to the boys. To their surprise Doug was talking to them. "Hey Doug" Evie said happily

"Whatever" said Doug and he ignored Evie. Evie's smile faded away. "You guys said you have a surprise for us. What is it?" Mal asked "well after the game we are going to a smoothie bar and we are taking you with us" said Ben.

"Evie would love to but she has to go somewhere after the game" said Doug "Don't you Evie?" Doug asked "yeah. Sorry. Maybe we can meet after that?" Evie asked with little hope.

"Maybe" said Carlos "Well good luck boys" said Mal "Yeah" said Evie and they walked off to the bleachers. "Is Evie alright?" Jay asked "Evie is none of your business" Doug said and he walked off.

The boys played. Ben and Jay scored most of the goals. Is was 2-2 it was a close game. Then Ben grabbed the ball, he passed to Carlos how passed to Jay. Jay ran to the goal and HE SCORED THE WINNING GOAL!

Evie and Mal started to walk towards the boys when Doug walked up to them "Let's go Evie" said Doug "can I congratulate the boys first?" Evie asked "I said Let's go" said Doug and they left.

Doug had a tight grip on Evie's wrist and it started to hurt Evie. "Let go Doug" said Evie and she pulled her arm away "What is with you?" Evie asked "well why don't you tell me!?" Doug asked.

"What do you mean?" Evie asked "Well your clearly cheating on me with Jay!" Said Doug "I am not cheating on you but if this is the way you doing to speak to me we are over!" Said Evie and she started to walk off.

"I NEVER LOVED YOU!" Doug shouted "Whatever" said Evie and she continued to walk off. She went to her room and grabbed her phone she texted Mal.

Evie-Mal where are you?

Mal-smoothie bar. Why?

Evie-Thanks. Im on my way. I'll tell you when I get there.

Mal-is it Doug? I will kill him

Evie-I'll tell you when I get there M

Mal-okay.

Evie started to walk to the smoothie bar. Once she got there mal ran to her "what did he do?" Mal asked they started to walk to the table the boys are sitting at.

"Doug accused me of cheating on him" said Evie "so I left him" said Evie "are you alright?" Ben asked "do I need to kill him?" Mal asked "Mal" said Ben "Ben" said mal

"Don't worry about it" said Evie. "It's now or never dude" Carlos whispered to Jay "Evie can I please speak to you?" Jay asked "sure" said Evie and they walked over to a quite corner.

"I don't really know how to say this... But I like you Evie. Like a lot. Like love. What I'm trying to say is Evie I love you. And I don't know what I excited but-" said was cut off by Evie kissing him.

"I love you too" said Evie. Jay smiled and they kissed again, this time it was long and passionate. There were sparks and everything was perfect and magical.
