English Love Affair

Over the winter break Mal, Jay, Evie, Carlos and Ben went to England. They had lots of fun. But while they where there Jay and Evie got up to a bit of mischief. I I'm not talking about stealing and being evil. No, I'm talking about having a romantic relationship.

That's right, they had what some people call an Affair, except for the fact that Jay and Evie are both single. Yes they had fun but when the got back to Auradon they acted as if nothing happened.

They still talked to each other, no one knew that anything was different. One day when mal, Carlos, Jay and Evie where sitting in the girls dorm Ben walked in with a flyer "what's that?" Asked mal

"This is a flyer, for the talent show. If you want to sing up you can. You can sing and dance or do whatever you want. But if you chose to sing the theme is Winters break so you basically have to sing about what you did over the break" said Ben

"I dare Jay to sign up" said mal. Evie and Jay exchange looks "I think that's a marvellous idea, do you want me to sign you up Jay?" Asked Ben "come on Jay it will be fun" said Carlos "fine" said Jay.

"Great, hey mal can I speak with you for a second?" Asked Ben and he and mal left. "I've got to go. Me and Jane have a study date" said Carlos "have fun" said Jay and Carlos left.

"So your actually going to do this?" Asked Evie when everyone was gone and the door was closed "yes... Do you have a problem with it?" Asked Jay "no... It's just... What if someone finds out?" Asked Evie

"No one will find out Evie. I have the perfect song" said Jay "well I have to go for tourney practice" said Jay "I'll come watch, I have a free period" said Evie and they walked to the tourney field.

The day of the talent show!

Lonnie just performed and it was now Jays turn. Evie was so worried, she didn't want anyone to find out about their "Affair" it could ruin their friendship "hey Eve's are you alright?" Asked mal

"Yeah I'm fine" said Evie. She hated lying to mal, but she needed to. If she didn't then who knows what mal would do.

Jay walked on stage "this song is about what I did over the winter break" said Jay, Evie started to sweat a little, she was scared. Then the music started.

It started on a weekend in May,
I was looking for attention
Needed intervention
Felt somebody looking at me
With a powder white complexion

The way she looked was so ridiculous
Every single step had me waiting for the next
Before I knew it, it was serious
Dragged me out the bar to the backseat of a car

The storyline was so ridiculous
Every single step had me begging for the next
Before I knew it, it was serious
Dragged me up the stairs and it wasn't ending there

Evie took a sigh of relief "thanks" said Jay. Then the show was over, mal, Ben, Carlos and Evie walked up to Jay behind stage "so..." Said mal "so...?" Asked Jay "who did you have an Affair with?" Asked mal

"Is it really Important?" Asked Jay "yes it is, now answer" said Carlos "..." Jay was speechless, and Evie was scared about them finding out. Carlos was looking back from Evie to Jay.

Then Carlos gasped "what? Who is it?" Asked mal "did you?" Asked Carlos "Carlos what's going on?" Asked mal, she saw Carlos looking from Evie to Jay, so she did the same

She gasped as well "you didnt. Did you?" Asked mal, Evie looked down and blushed "Oh my god!" Said Carlos  "you guys totally hooked up!" Said mal "I can't believe this. Why didn't you tell us?" Asked Carlos

"We didn't think it was important" said Jay "this is extremely important. Evie I'm disappointed you didn't tell me" said mal, Evie still looked at the ground "Evie their not mad" said Jay, Evie looked up a little.

"We are actually really happy!" Said mal "you are?" Questioned Evie "we are beyond happy" said Carlos "we knew you'd two would end up together" said mal

"You did?" Asked Jay "well yeah, we maybe sort of betted on it" said mal "you did what now?" Asked Evie "we maybe sort of betted on you two getting together" said Carlos

They all laughed. It was a good day for everyone.
