One day while Jay was talking with his friends Evie sat at the table in front of him "so Jay who do you have a crush on?" Carlos asked "why is that important?" Jay asked "because we all have girlfriends and your the only single one" Chad said

"Just tell us who you have a crush on and we will help you get them" Ben said "fine. I have a crush on her" Jay said and he pointed at Evie all the boys turned around and checked her out "doesn't she have a boyfriend?" Chad asked

"No for long" Carlos said "you don't have to do this guys" Jay said "oh but we do" Ben said "come on, let's get the boyfriend out of the way" Chad said and they walked off. "Are you coming dude?" Ben asked "oh yeah" Jay said and he followed them.

Mean while on the girls table

"Evie just tell us already" Audery said "I have a boyfriend Audery" Evie said "yes but you don't have a crush on him" Lonnie said "tell us who you have a crush on and we will get him for you" Mal said "what about my boyfriend?" Evie asked

"We'll get him out of the way" Mal added "now tell us who you have a crush on" Audery said "you don't have to... You could give us hints" Jane said "fine I'll give you hints" Evie said "go on then" Mal said "okay, I have know him all my life" Evie said

"It's Carlos or Jay" Mal said "he plays tourney" Evie said "still Carlos or Jay" Lonnie said "he's nice..." Evie said "leaning towards Carlos" Jane said "to me" Evie said "leaning towards Jay" Audery said "I know Mal's going to get his one" Evie said

"A day or two after we met he gave me back my necklace when he was the one who stole it" Evie said "OMA" Mal said "what? Who is it?" Audery said "It's Jay!" Mal said "Oh. My. Auradon" Audery said "well let's go get you two together" Jane said

"Hem hem" Evie said "after we get your boyfriend out of the way" Lonnie said "thank you" Evie said and all the girls stood up "to the tourney field" Mal said and all the girls followed her to the tourney field. Once they got there they saw the boys.

"Let's go talk to them" Audery said "oh I don't think that's such a good idea" Jane said "I agree with Jane" Evie said "why?" Mal "M. Doug is there" Evie said Mal looked over to the boys and saw Doug with them "okay, plan B it is" Mal said and they turned around

"Look!" Evie shouted and they all turned around to see Jay and Doug fighting. "Oh god" Audery said and the girls ran over to them "Ben what is going on?" Mal asked "Doug is mad and Jay because of who he has a crush on" Ben said

"Wait. So Doug likes someone else?" Evie asked "where did you get that idea?" Ben asked "Evie doesn't believe that Jay has a crush on her" Mal said "let's just focus on breaking up this fight" Ben said and they kept trying to break up the fight but it didn't work

"BOTH OF YOU STOP!" Evie shouted and the boys stopped and looked at her "I am sick and tired of hearing people arguing. You can both sort this out by talking!" Evie said "talk about it. Not argue and nearly kill one another" Evie said

"It's not my fault the dwarf-" Jay started "Jay. Nicely" Evie said "ha!" Doug said and Evie glared at him "speak nicely to each other" Evie said "I have a crush on someone and Doug doesn't like it" Jay said "and why would that be?" Evie asked

"Because-" Doug started "Doug one at a time" Evie said "Jay continue" Evie said "Doug doesn't like it because the girl I have a crush on... Is his girlfriend" Jay said Evie's eyes widen "See! He's trying to steal you from me!" Doug shouted

" Doug shut up" Mal said "y-you do?" Evie asked "yeah" Jay said " you know whatever. Evie we are over" Doug said "o-okay" Evie said Doug walked off. Evie and Jay were staring deeply into each other's eyes. Mal, Carlos, Ben, Audery, Jane, Chad and Lonnie walked away slowly.

Evie and Jay slowly leaned in "Evie?" Jay asked "yes Jay?" Evie asked "do you like me?" Jay asked "no." Evie said and Jay looked sad "I love you" Evie said "you do?" Jay asked and Evie nodded "would you like to be my girlfriend?" Jay asked

"I would love to" Evie said and Jay smiled.
