Hugs and pain

Evie was having a bad day. Like next level bad. First she caught Doug cheating on her with someone she used to call friend. Then she got dumped by Doug over text. Then Chad kept calling her names, and mal was too busy with Ben. Carlos was doing extra tourney practice and Jay was on a "date" with Audery.

Evie ran to the garden and hide, somewhere where no one could find her. She just kept crying. She has no one. She took out her magic mirror "Mirror mirror in my hand, is there anyone who likes me in this land?" Asked asked and nothing happened. She thought it was because no one liked her but it was because she was too sad.

She kept crying, she wanted the pain to end. She wanted to end now, but how? She has a plan, first she would hurt herself. Then she would poison herself, using a poisoned Apple. That way only way the pain would end. So she stood up.

She headed to the kitchen and grabbed a knife and bandages. She headed back to the garden. Should I do this? She asked herself as she looked at the blade it's the only way she said to herself. She pressed the cold blade against her skin when someone said her name.

She looked up and saw Jay, she hide the knife as quickly as she could "Evie?" Jay asked and Evie wiped away her tears, she didn't tell anyone how she was feeling. She didn't tell anyone how much she hates herself at the moment because she didn't think it was important.

"Evie what was that?" Asked Jay and he sat down next to Evie "what was what?" Asked Evie. She hated the fact that Jay was with Audery because.... Well let's just say Evie only the biggest crush ever in Jay. "Evie. What was that thing you where just holding?" Asked Jay

"It was nothing" said Evie "then why are you bleeding?" Asked Jay and Evie looked at her wrist, she didn't realise she had actually cut herself "oh that... That's just from a... Rose bush" said Evie "that looks like it's from a knife" said Jay

"It's nothing really Jay. I'm fine" said Evie and she stood up "no you not Evie" said Jay calmly "Jay I'm fine" Evie said gently "please tell me what's wrong Evie, it hurts me to know your hurt" said Jay and he stood up as well "I'm... I'm not hurt Jay," said Evie and she started to walk off.

Someone grabbed her wrist and spun her around. She was now facing Jay "Evie please tell me" said Jay. Evie started to walk away, it hurt like crazy (her emotions not the cut) she was about a few feet away from Jay. She then turned around and ran to him

She hugged him and started to cry. Jay hugged her back "it's okay Evie I'm here. No one is going to hurt you" said Jay. Evie just kept crying, soon Jay could hear Evie sleeping. He had noticed the change in Evie, she always looked tired, she never smiled and her beautiful eyes always looked red, like she was crying all night.

He was the only one to notice. He picked Evie up and took her back to her dorm. Mal was sitting in her bed when Jay opened the door "Jay what the hell is going on?" Asked mal as she saw him walk in with Evie in his arms "she fell asleep" said Jay.

He gently put Evie down on her bed and he let her sleep, he didn't move from her side until she woke up.

When Evie finally woke up Jay kissed her on the forehead "morning beautiful" said Jay and Evie blushed "morning" she said "Evie I have a question" said Jay "if it's about the knife I'm not going to answer" said Evie "no it's not about that" said Jay

"Then what is it about?" Asked Evie "Evie I was wondering if you would like to be my girlfriend" said Jay. Evie immediately blushed and looked like a tomato "I... I would love to!" Said Evie and she hugged him "wonderful. Also would you like to go on a date with me tonight?" Jay asked

"Yes" said Evie "great. I'll pick you up at six" said Jay and he kissed her on the forehead "see you later princess" said Jay and he left the room, Evie had the biggest smile on her face. Things where finally in place.
