Perfume

Evie is sitting in her room drawing when Jay opened the door "Smell me" he said "excuse me?" Evie asked as she giggled "I said Smell me" Jay said "why?" Evie asked as she stood up "I got this new cologne and I want to know if it suits me" Jay said

Evie walked over to Jay "so what do you think?" Jay asked "it suits you" Evie said "are you sure?" Jay asked "I am very sure. Now why do you want to smell so nice all of a sudden?" Evie asked "I have a date" Jay said "ohh who with?" Evie asked

Evie was slightly jealous but she didn't let it show "Audery" Jay said of course Evie said to her self "well you smell great. I'm sure she will think so to" Evie said "the bigger question is do you like it" Jay asked "Me?" Evie asked and Jay nodded

"Why would my opinion matter?" Evie asked "Evie just answer the question" Jay said "I like it" Evie said "but..." Jay said "but I prefer the old cologne you used" Evie said "uh huh. And why is that?" Jay asked "I don't know it just reminds me of you" Evie said

"Explain" Jay said "well it reminds me of the first time we met. And it reminds me of all the good times we have. Whenever I smell that I think of you" Evie said "does that sound weird?" Evie asked "no not at all. Thank you so much" Jay said and he hugged Evie and ran off."That was weird" Evie said.

The next day Evie went to join her friends for lunch and as soon as she sat down she realized Jay smelled the same as he used to in the isle "Evie you smell different" Jay said "yeah I'm trying out this new perfume Audery bought me" Evie said

"Is it just me or is it really weird that Jay noticed that Evie smells different?" Mal asked "I think it smells to much like Audery" Jay said "really?" Evie asked "I prefer the perfume you usually use. The one that smells sort of like blueberries" Jay said

"You do?" Evie asked "yeah. It just sits you so much better then this one" Jay said "this is so weird" Carlos said "thanks" Evie said. They sat and ate their food and after school Jay and Evie met in the hallways and started to talk.

They hugged and when their separate ways. Audery later met up with Jay "you smell like Evie" she said "I do?" He asked "yes! Her perfume is all over you!" Audery said "I thought maybe if I gave her my perfume you would smell like me and yet you still smell like Evie!  Audery said

"What?" Jay asked "you hang around her too much Jay" Audery said "yeah she's my friend" Jay said "you have a choice to make. Me or her" Audery said "you can't do that" Jay said "if you don't pick I'm leaving. Me or her!" Audery said

"I..." Jay started "I thought so" Audery said and she started to leave "wait Audery" Jay said "yes?" Audery asked "I... I chose you" Jay said "good! Now I want you to stay away from Evie" Audery said "bye babe" she said and she left. Jay slid down the wall.

He grabbed his phone and called Mal "Hello?" Mal asked "Mal I just made a horrible mistake" Jay said "were are you?" Mal asked "outside my locker" Jay said and they hung up. Soon Mal arrived and saw Jay in the floor. She sat down next to him

"What did you do?" Mal asked "Audery made me chose between her or Evie" Jay said "oh you didn't did you?" Mal askedjay looked down "oh you did. Jay" Mal said "I made a horrible mistake" Jay said "but it's not too late to fix it" Mal said

"What?" Jay asked "come on get up I have a plan" Mal said and she pulled Jay up off the ground "Audery can mask you to stay away from Evie but she can't Make you stay away from her" Mal said and she dragged Jay to her dorm.

"Mal what are you doing? Audery will dump me" Jay said as Mal sprayed him with Evie's perfume "that's the point" Mal said "what?" Jay asked "once Audery dumps you. You can ask out Evie" Mal said "and we're done" she said

"Ruin my current relationship to start a new one with a girl I have known my whole life?" Jay asked and Mal nodded "she's loves you too don't worry" Mal said. Then the door flung open. "Jay?" Audery asked "you smell like Evie!" She said

"Crazy train has arrived" Mal said to herself "you know what we are over Jay!" Audery said and she stormed out. As soon as she left Evie walked in "what was that all about?" Evie asked "Audery dumped me" Jay said. Evie's eyes light up "ye-how horrible" Evie said

"Evie will you go out with me?" Jay asked "I mean break ups are hard. I mean I would know I've been through- what?" Evie asked "Evie will you go out with me... Please?" Jay asked "Mal am I dreaming?" Evie asked Mal shocked her head.

Evie's eyes lighted up "Yes!" She said "boom. This ship has set sail!" Mal said and Evie giggled "I don't know what that means" Jay said "don't worry. It's a girl thing" Evie said and she giggled. Jay and Evie hugged "aww so cute" Mal said.
