On the Line

Jay and Evie broke up about a month ago, mal and Carlos have been trying to get Jay and Evie back together for a month. Jay isn't the same without Evie and Evie isn't the same without Jay.

Evie broke up with Jay because she felt  that he never had time for her. She felt alone all the time.

Jay knew why Evie dumped him, he tried his hardest to make time for her but whenever he had time, she was busy. It was his fault, at least he thought it was.

I didn't wanna say 'it was my fault' even though I knew it was.

Jay called Evie and texted her all the time, but she never answered. She didn't talk to him much any more.

They where both struggling without each other, Evie started failing classes and Jay was nearly kicked off the tourney team.

Yeah I knew I was wrong.  One in the same never to change. Our love was beautiful

Evie still loved Jay dearly, she would pull out a photo of him when she was sad and she would feel happy, but since the break up she would cry when she saw him.

We got it all destined to fall our love was tragical.

Jay has only ever cried for Evie. Lately he has been more angry towards people, he doesn't mean robe that rude but he can't help it anymore, he loved her more then words could tell.

One day while Jay was practicing tourney and Evie was studying for a test, they stopped to think of one another. Jay asked to be excused for a bit and Evie ran out of her room.

But tonight we'll leave it on the line.

Evie ran towards the tourney field while Jay ran to the library. Evie asked Carlos where Jay was while Jay asked Jane where Evie was.

Jane said that Evie just ran out of the library. Carlos said that Jay left before anyone could say anything.

Why did you say 'I love you' if you knew that it wouldn't last?

Evie immediately thought to go to the boys room so she ran off. Jay thought to go to the girls room, so her ran there. Evie didn't realise that she passed Jay on her way.

When Jay got to the girls room no one was there. He was worried she had run away. When Evie go to the boys dorms she didn't see anyone. So she went for a walk in the halls.

Or is that just us?  Or is that just us?

Jay decided to go for a walk, maybe he would find Evie wondering around the place. He turned a corner and saw a blue figure turn another corner. He knew it was Evie.

One in the same never to change. Our love was beautiful.

He ran after her, Evie heard footsteps following her so she turned around, nothing. She must be imagine things.

Jay turned another corner, he saw the blue figure walk down the hall way, he ran after her.

Wanted to call, no need to fight, you know I wouldn't lie.

He ran up to the figure and grabbed their arm, he turned them around. It wasn't Evie, he apologised and kept looking.

But tonight, we'll leave it on the line.

Evie turned a corner and saw Jay "Jay!" She said and she ran up to him, he looked at her.

I try to call again,  I get your mail box, like a letter left unread

"I'm... I'm sorry" said Jay, Evie smiled "me too" said said.

Apologies are often open ended, but this ones better left unsaid.

They stared into each other's eye. Like they used to.

They slowly leaned In, luckily it was an empty hallway.

We get it all destined to fall out love was tragical.

Every second they would get closer to one another.

Wanted to call, no need to fight you know I wouldn't lie.

Then. They kissed.

This soon turned into a make out session. They where once again. In love.
