Ally’s POV

It was finally Friday afternoon, and Eleanor and Louis just left for the weekend.  I walked right into my bedroom and opened a new text message with Niall.

To Niall- Hey! I need your help! L & E just left.

I waited a few minutes before his reply came

From Niall- Ok. 1 minute. I’ll be there soon.

To Niall- Thanx. Bring your guitar.

I put down my phone and walked into the kitchen.  I grabbed a bottle of Gatorade and a chocolate bar, and began snacking until I heared Niall barge in through our front door.

“Hey! Glad to see the house isn’t on fire!” He said sarcastically.

“Yeah, but I need to tell you something.” I said putting my food down.

Niall grabbed it from the table and ate it.  Wow.  He’s nice.

“I want to audition for the XFactor.” I said sighing.

His eyes widened. Oh no.

“Lets go then!  Get in the car! We’re headed to Bradford!” Niall cheered.  He dragged me out the front door, and we got into his road ranger.

Well this is interesting…

“So why do you want to audition?” He said as he drove the car out of the driveway.

“Well, I just want to put my name out there, and I knew Louis and Eleanor would never let me audition, so I called you.” I explained.

Niall nodded as he picked up his phone, and pulled up directions to Bradford.  It was four o’clock now, and Bradford is about four hours away.  If we could get there by eight, we can get a hotel room, and make the auditions tomorrow morning.

I plugged my earbuds into my phone, and dozed off listening to my music.

I woke up when the car came to a stop in front of a Embassy Suites Hotel.  Niall and I grabbed our few bags, and walked inside.

“Room for two please.” Niall said as he handed the lady at the desk his card.  She handed him a key, and we walked over to the lift.  I stepped inside, and soon we were on floor 7.

We walked to our room, to find two queen beds.  I ran over to one and jumped on top of it.  I put my guitar case down, and threw my suitcase across the room.  I was extremely excited.

I whipped out my phone and began doing some research on the XFactor.  Apparantly if you pass the auditions, you move onto the bootcamp.  Then, you try out for the judges again, and if you do well on that, you move on to the judges homes all around the world.

Zayn auditioned when he was my age, so hey, if he can do it, then I can!

“You should go to bed.  You need to wake up early.  Set your alarm for about three.” Niall instructed.

“Three! No way!” I exclaimed.  Why do I need to get up at three?

“Do you want to get registered for the show or not? There’s also going to be a line.”

“Ugh fine.” I said as I unlocked my phone.  I plugged it into the iHome, and set my alarm for three AM.

This will be fun…

I woke up to my alarm beeping like there’s no tomorrow.

I trudged into the bathroom, and brushed my teeth.  I took a shower, and then dried my hair.  I looked through my suitcase.  I didn’t have much time to pack, so I only packed a flowy pink tank top, and some denim shorts.  I pulled them on, and plugged in my curling iron.  I curled my hair a bit, and highlighted a small strip purple with some home remedy hair dye.  I pulled out my makeup kit, and put a dash of eye shadow and lipgloss on.  Apparently you shouldn’t wear too much makeup when you’re going on television, or you’ll look like a freaking clown.
