Acne fighting foods!!

water- this hydrates you skin, leaving it smooth and clear looking. water is super imortant when it comes to your overall health. water helps to flush out toxins in your skin, which is what we want. Acne is bactiria in your skin, that could acually be caused by dehydration, so drink lots of water. I recomend 8-12 cups of water a day.


tea- mum always tells me that green tea can fix anything. That may not be nessicarly true, but it will help a lot with your acne. Green tea is full of antioxidents, which is great for clearing up acne. Green tea with reduce inflamation (red pimples, acne, dull skin ext) which will leave your skin looking clear.


berries-again berries are full of antioxidents. I recomend blueberries, because these are pratically famouse for being full of antioxidents.


brown rice- rice, no matter what kind you eat, is amazing for your overall health. Rice is great for cleaning up your digestive system. It helps keep your tummy and guts running smoothly. This can also improve you health in general. Acne is also often caused because your digestive sytem isnt running smoothly. Eating rice will help with this (and may even help with detoxing)
