Heyyy Babe's how are y'all? So this topic was requested by a very sweet girl who wants her second semester in high school to be fun and healthy. She wants to stay anonymous but let me just say, I hope you're enjoying high school! And I'm so glad you want to start the 2017 spring semester healthy!

Also I want to take this moment to say that I am always open to requests, and I would love to hear from y'all! You can always privet message me with a chapter request, or you can leave a question in any chapter comments. I will always work your request into my schedule, and I will always give you a shout out :)

And without anymore interruptions, I present how I stay healthy in High School!

1. I always carry a bottle of water with me wherever I go.

- I put this first because I believe in it 10000000% Like I even take my bottle to the shower. I drink anywhere to 7 to 14 glasses of water a day. This boosts your metabolism, hydrates your body, helps rebuild cells, clears up skin, makes you feel full, and makes you feel so much better.

2. I eat one egg every day. Papa always said eat your egg or you can't leave the table. This provides you with good cholesterol, protein, and it helps make your hair and nails stronger and beautiful. I love to eat my egg in either egg toast, or in my ramen,

3. I also eat 1 cup of oatmeal each day. This is normally my breakfast, and I eat it with soy milk, and at least 2 different fruits. This provides energy for the day, carbs, you fruit, and protein from the soy. This helps me get ready for the day, and my doctor says it also helps me get the necessary vitamins for the day.

4. I eat 7 meals a day. I know that sounds crazy, but hear me out. I eat my cup of oatmeal in the morning at 4(thats meal one). Then I workout at 8, and after my workout, I have a banana and a protein shake (meal two) Then in 3rd period I tend to have kale chips during class (meal three) Then is lunch, which I normally have the soup of the day at school (meal Four) then after school I eat some kind of veggies before my college class (meal Five) Then when I get home I have dinner, which tends to be a salad or more soup (meal Six) Then after homework, I have my egg toast (meal seven). This makes sure that my digestive system is always working and it helps keep my metabolism fast.

5. I don't drink soda. Its really that easy, instead I opt for tea sweetened with honey, or my water, or 100% pure juice.

6. Actually I don't eat much of anything with processed sugars. Once in awhile I will have a frappe at starbucks, but i don't eat chips, chocolate, candy, or any of that crap. It's not good for you or me and it we don't need it.

7. I stayed in pe. At my school you only need 2 years of pe, or freshman year take pe and hit. (hit is high intensity training) I am a sophomore, and last year i took pe and hit, so i don't need to be in a pe class, but yet I am still in piyo, which is pilates and yoga at my school, because it's so important to exercise everyday and i find this motivates me to stay active.

8. Try yoga. I am in yoga, and I find it is such a great way to stay in shape. I personally prefer my high intensity training because I am very active, but yoga is perfect for people who want to stay healthy, but don't feel like running 8 miles, then doing weights, then pushups.

9. On the other hand, if you more athletic, you could join a hiit class at your school too.

10. Make friends in every class. I find that this reduces my stress levels, and makes me so much happier. I always have someone to talk to, people I can rely on, and i'm never lonely. Mental health is just as important as physical health.

These are some of the big things I do to stay healthy, let me know if you guys would like a part two!
