Avoiding the truth

Chapter 8

HARRY'S POV

"Yeh Its me?" She said acwardly. "Do you know me?" She asked. "No but I know you know me." I said flirtatiously.  "Yes I came to see your concert a couple of weeks ago atually." She said. "Yeh I remember." I said while smiling. 

"What are you doing in Austrailia?' I asked, 'The last time I saw you, you were in London.' She smiled as if remembering the good times. 'Well my Dad got a big promotion out here so we moved,not that I'm happy about it though.'   She added.

This was unreal! All that searching and then I meet her by chance in a completey different country! Maybe the universe did want us to be together after all. But I needed to use this time wisely and I still didn't even know her name!

'Hey, I still don't even know your name!' I said. 'Its Kelly.' She said in her adorable voice. 'Kelly,' I said trying out the name, 'What a lovley name.' She looked acward anad she handed me my apple juice. "2.50 please." She said.

I handed her the money but I didn't want this conversation to end. Would it be creepy if I told her how much I had thought about her and looked for her? Probably but I went for it anyway.

"Kelly the truth is when I saw you at that concert I fell instantly in love with you. I know that sounds kind of silly but Its true. I kept looking for you after the concert but every time I failed and now I'm here and your here and well..." I stopped to see her reacion.

She smiled at me in a sort of dream like way. I forgot, she was a fan. "I was wondering if maybe you wanted to go out some time?" She just nodded starstruck. "Can I give you my number?" I asked.

"Yeh thanks and I can't wait to go out with you, I'm sorry I was a little starstruck but that will stop with time." She said apologising. "No its fine." I said. I suddenly had an idea.

"Do you want to come to a rehersal of the concert tonight and then to the concert afterwards?" I asked hoping I didn't sound too desperate. "Yeh I'd love to." She said. I winked and took a seat at the bar.

KELLY'S POV

Harry Styles just asked me out! Harry Styles just asked me out! Harry with the dimples, hair and the adorable voice just asked me out! No matter how many times I said it, it just didn't sink in.

He was sitting at the table looking adorable as usual and when he saw me looking he winked. I laughed. Just then Mark walked out to give me a hand. I hoped he wouldn't be jelous.

Just then I got a text from Harry. "Please don't tell anyone. I want you to be safe and not have hate on twitter so can we keep it quiet? But only for a while babe. Who is he? xx" HE CALLED ME BABE!

I texted back saying, "I appreciate it thanks and I wont tell anyone. He is my friend from school why? Jelous? ;) x" He laughed when he got the text. "Has it been busy?" Mark asked?

"Not really." I said smiling while texting Harry back. "I'm sorry but you can't be texting all the time." Mark's Mum said. "Yeh of course my mum was just wondering how it was going." I lied. She smiled.  I couldn't wait for tonight and that was the only thing on my mind.
