"Ayanna! Ayanna!"
Daphne desperately called, trying to get her dear friend to slow down, but it was no use. Both women were running through the streets as if they were psychotic, but Ayanna mostly was taking off in a full sprint and Daphne with more of a shuffle than a run. The blonde secretly admired how Ayanna could run in such shoes.
If you were in Ayanna's mind you would see she didn't give a damn about her feet her only worry was her son. Her precious baby boy was all she could think of as she ran. When the school started coming into view she saw a big crowd surrounding the school, along with a heavy police presence. Ayanna knew she wouldn't be able to get through the wall of police men, but she had to get into that school, quick. She forced herself to think, but many things were going left and right in her mind."Look!"
A woman's screech from within the crowd made Ayanna turn her attention to the school. Coming out of the school was Mr. Rinaldi with a child in his arms and many following behind him. Soon many children, along with their teachers, started coming out of the school. Parents who spotted their children ran to them, embracing their children tightly. Ayanna started walking around, her eyes wildly searching for her son. Her heartbeat started to pickup as she couldn't find her baby boy.
"Ms. Ojukwu."
Ayanna turned her body upon hearing her name be called, it was Mr. Rinaldi.
"Sir, I don't mean to rude, but-"
She didn't even get her full sentence out, she'd notice the child in his arms wasn't just any child it was her child.

I rushed out of my office in pure anger, this woman was really stupid. I would've understood of she probably messed with one of my shipments or even killed one of my most valuable men, but no she struck where it would start a flame. Out of all people my son!? My only son at that!
Getting into my car and blazing through the streets, within seconds I was at the school. I left my car entering through a back-way at the side of school. See my mother was actually really stupid if she thought I'd put my child in some random school. Once inside the school I carefully made my way to Noah's classroom, stepping forward I felt a cold metal connect with the back of my neck."Marky I've missed you."
I could recognize that voice from a mile away. Its high pitch and sultry tone, I could never forget.
"Wish I could say the same Alexandria."
In one swift motion the gun was knocked out of her hand and I was now facing her. I looked her over, did she add weight or was it just the amount of makeup on her face? A smirk placed itself on her face.
"You miss me too, don't you baby?"
My face quickly scrunched in disgust.
"No. I like my women sweet, like chocolate."
I said, turning my heel walking away from her into my son's classroom. The children sat in their desks doing their work and the teacher was still teaching. I scanned the room looking for my son, but I saw no sign of his presence. I was about to ask the teacher, she purposely knocked her pencil down. This was a sign. I followed the direction of the pencil which pointed toward the supply closet. I didn't immediately open the door because I knew exactly what was to happen if I did. So instead of opening the door I quickly moved all the children out of the room along with the teacher, closing the door as if I left myself. Then I hid myself at the side of closet where the door would cover and waited. After about 30 seconds passed the door slowly opened and soon my mother stepped out of the closet. She held a gun close to her chest with one hand and in her other she had a hand around my son. That hit a nerve so hard that I didn't even realize I had knocked her out with the door until my son was hiding behind my legs gripping onto them.
"M-my mommy tells me not to hit girls, but thank you."
I just smiled down at the boy and took in his features. He did have my eyes, but his hair was all my grandmother. That made me reach out and run my fingers over his soft locks.
"Oh! My apologies, la mia mamma mi dice di non colpire le ragazze, ma grazie."
I laughed at loud at his cute Italian, but I was slightly shocked. For being an American born he sounded like a true Sicilian, like his Daddy.
"I can speak English, but your Italian is very good."
A smile spread across his face.
"Thank you Mister and man are your reflexes good that lady was creepy."
I laughed as he visibly shivered looking from behind my leg at my mother. I guess after he was confident she was knocked out he stepped from behind me, straightening out his uniform before holding his hand out to me.
"Noah Antonio is the name and futbol is the game."
I chuckled taking his tiny hand in mine as he widely smiled up at me.
"Well Mr. Noah, my name is Mr. Rinaldi, but you can call me Marco."
I gently lifted him up taking him into my arm.
"Let's get out of here."
