When I wake up, I am not in the same room as I was before. I sit up and look around. I am in the top bunk of a bunk bed. There is one twin sized bed in the small room. Charity is sleeping in it. I climb down the ladder. To my delight, Cara is sitting up in the bottom bunk. I sit down next to her. She looks at me puzzled.

"Amanda?", she whispers. She looks terrified. "Is it really you?" "Yes, of course it is," I try to reassure her. She seems to relax. We sit in silence for a few minutes.

Cara breaks the silence by telling me what happened in the room that she was in." The guard led me into a room. He left without saying a word to me. A lady that looked like a doctor walked in about five minutes later. They put metal straps around my ankles. I fell asleep. I dreamed of you and Adrian and Charity. I dreamed that all of you except for Charity were like Jake. I dreamed that you were trying to kill me. When I woke up, the doctor tried to tell me that you are not who you say you are. They handed me a gun and told me to kill you. They led me to this room. Is that what happened to you?"

I want to tell her the truth. I don't think I can though. There could be cameras. "Yeah, that's pretty much what happened to me," I say.

Suddenly Charity wakes up. She starts crying silently. "Don't hurt me, p-please?" she whimpers. "We won't, we are your friends remember?" Cara says trying to calm her down. "N-no you are not. You are a-aliens," Charity cries. They must have brainwashed her. Why would they do that to her? She's just a little kid.

Then the six year old pulls out a gun. She is shaking with fear. She somehow looks like she knows how to shoot. Did they train her? How long were we asleep? She aims the gun at us. I close my eyes with my hands up. I hear her pull the trigger.
