A ding from my phone jerk me out my reverie. I check my phone and see a text from Alex.

'We are going out somewhere, come along please?' -A

I sigh and text him back.

'Sorry, Alex. I'm not in a mood.' -G

I don't get a reply after that. I lay back on my bed and close my eyes. Thinking about my so called father not only caused me a heartache but an headache too.

My mind suddenly drifts to Aiden. Honestly, I'm worried sick. I hope wherever he is, he is fine.

I hear a knock on my door.

'"If you're Zach then don't come in otherwise you can come in." I say.

I see the door opening slowly and he steps in.

Alex.

"What are you doing here?" I ask him, a bit rudely I may add.

"Umm you seemed really off on the text so I thought why not pay you a visit. C'mon get up and get dressed. We're going to go grab some pizza then go for a movie." He basically orders me.

"What do you mean by 'we'?" I ask him.

"We as in you, me, Vincent, Emily aandd Lucas." He states.

"I don't wanna goooo!" I whine.

"I don't care. Now shoo." He say while plopping himself on my bed.

I roll my eyes and get up. I search my closet for something appropriate to wear. I finally decide on a loose shirt and shorts pairing them with my ankle boots.

I quickly get in the bathroom to change. I step out when I'm fully dressed. My eyes wander around my room and finally landing on Alex. Sitting with my notebook in his hand. Oh shit.

He is deeply engrossed reading whatever is in there and doesn't notice my appearance. I quickly snatch my notebook away from him and glare. "It's not nice to snoop around in others stuff."

He raise his hands in surrender. "I wasn't snooping around. I just found it on your side table."

"So you thought it would be okay to look through someone's personal stuff?" I snap.

He hang his head low in shame. "I'm sorry." He says in a small voice.

"It's alright. It's just that I'm totally okay with you going through my stuff but this notebook is something really really personal." I tell him.

"I know. I figured by reading those three poems." He sheepishly says.

"YOU READ MY POEMS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION?" I yell out, not able to contain my annoyance.

"Woah. Chill girl. I didn't meant to. Oh I mean I actually did. I was just curious. Shit. I shouldn't have. Oh my God. Why am I such an idiot? You don't go around looking through others personal stuff. I'm so sorry. Please forgive me." He pleads with sorrowful eyes.

Gosh, why does he have to be so cute? Listening to him blabber immediately turned my anger into amusement.

I laugh a little. "It's alright. I just overreacted a bit. By the way, which poems did you read?" I ask out of curiosity.

He motions for me to hand him the notebook. I reluctantly do so. He flips through the pages and stops at page 15. "Can I read out loud?" He asks.

I nod my head giving him the permission. He clears his throat and starts.
