Blake's pov;
After sneaking away from the battle I run into the house. Still in wolf form I lower my head and sniff around, looking for my mate and little sister. I whimper. The reality hits me again, I don't have alpha blood in me.. I just have god damn rouge blood.
My thoughts are crushed when I hear a sharp howl. Confused I tilt my head trying to find the direction it's coming from.
Turning left, right, up and down.. Letting out a howl I run into the basement. My mate was calling to me.
"Babe! A rouge came and attacked us.. They shoved wolvesblan in Lilly. She's coughing up blood. Help!"
"I'm going!" I run downstairs my paws hitting every stair with a loud thud. I reach the bottom and am greeted with the cry of my baby sister. I run over to them and look around. The scene was horrible.
Dead omegle bodies laying around, rouge bodies with intestines hanging out. Lilly and Luke covered in a blanket with jasmine protecting them. "Blake!" She shouts and runs over to me, hugging my neck. I heard her mutter 'thank god'
When she lets go I quickly crawl over to the kids. Lilly's face was getting red as her air way was constricting. Luke was hugging her. For two 5 month old babies they were really close.
I shift and pick Lilly up. Whenever she would breathe in her throat would rattle. I rubbed my finger on her cheek and nodded. "She has a high fever. Come on, we gotta take her to the pack doctor." I wrap a spare blanket around her body and push her to my chest. "Pick up Luke." I command. My mate nods and does the same as me.
I lead her outside as we start running to the hospital I listen to her thoughts.
'Wow.. I'm so lucky to have a mate who loves me.. Not to mention he actually wants a baby and knows how to take care of one.' Her wolf agrees. 'But what I don't get is how Lilly's affected to wolfsblan.. She has alpha blood running through her veins." I shake my head as she gives me a strange look. 'My mom is beta. So she has beta and alpha blood. 50% alpha, 50% beta. Making her unable to repair her body if wolvesblan gets into her system.'
Jasmines lips form into a O shape as she soon understand me.
Josh's pov;
While running with Mia in my arms, I tripped and fell on a rock. I stare up, dazzled at the fall. The dark blue sky was mixing with black, indicating that it was almost midnight. I feel the slam of paws hitting against the ground. Shifting, I lay over Mia in a protective state. No matter what happens, I'll die for my mate. The wolf comes into view, it was a chocolate brown wolf his teeth were Barrin' and his eyes were a deep yellow. His mouth was dripping with drool as foam quickly formed. I get up as I do, i twist my ankle and fall down. I shouldn't of done that..
I get back up on my legs and growl. He growls back a lunges at me, biting onto my neck. Letting out a sharp yelp I sink my claws into his side, causing blood to erupt from the deep wounds I left. Puffing to get air back in my windpipe I was in a state of confusion, not knowing what was being done and what happened. I felt teeth sink into my ankle. Using the other one, I kick the wolves nose making him whimper and lunge back at me, he throws me off my feet as his jaws wrap around my neck and his nails sink into my chest. My eyes started slowly closing at my lungs begged for air. My eyes rolled into the back of my head, as everything went blank.
