Josh's pov;
I slowly opened my eyes. I felt a slight pain in my shoulder. I groaned. "How are you feeling, alpha?" I stare up at the blurry face. Slowly my eyes concentrate on the face of the doctor.
Memorizes of what happened before came back. I jump up and search around the room. "Where is she?!" I Shout. The doctor slowly pushes me down on the bed. "Alpha, calm down. Luna Mia is in the other room." I swallow nervously.
"Is she alright?" The doctor bites his lip. "She's... In very critical condition."
My wolf goes crazy hearing that. "I need to see her!" I shout once again getting up.
"No, alpha. You need to rest." He says pushing me down again.
My wolf was growling inside me. He didn't like that he was touching me and forbidding me from seeing my mate.
"Alpha you can see her soon.. She's still asleep." I sigh and nod, relaxing. My mates fine.. Everything is fine.. Soon we'll all be a happy family again.. Mia, Blake, jasmine, and of course lill-
"Where's Lilly?!" I shout. His eyes sink. "Lilly.. Was injected with wolvesblan." My jaw drops. "Is she okay?!!" He clears his throat.
"We've flushed the wolvesblan out.. But there are some side effects.. Some got to her brain..."
I fight back the tears.
"Is it serious?"
"She can't speak."
I couldn't hold it back anymore. The tears spilled out in millions. They soak my neck. Finally I look up and see the doctor. He was awkwardly standing there, unsure of what to do.
I wipe the tears away from my face. "Is it permanent?" I ask finally breaking the silence.
"We can't tell."
"Where is my son?" I ask. The doctor doesn't answer but just walks out of the room. Soon I smell Blake along with jasmine.
The door creaks open. "Hi dad.. How are you feeling?" Blake asks. Soon I could see his full face. He had a stich across his eye brow. Along with a black eye.
I clear my throat. "I'm doing okay.. And you two?" They both look at each other. "Were fine. Just a little banged up." I nod.
"Dad... Is mom gonna live?"
Mia's pov;
When I woke up all I saw was white. Ignoring my poor eye sight, I notice something else... My throat. It was extremely dry.
I try swallowing some saliva but my mouth wouldn't produce any. My eyes finally adjust. Looking around I see fog in the ground, covering my ankles. On the left I see a small coffee table with a glass of water. I reach over to get it, but the table moves far away. Like it had a mind of its own.
"What the hell.."
The table was so close before. Now it looks like its miles away!
"Hahahaha..."
I turn around. I swear I heard a evil laugh. "Who's there?!" I shout. My wolf laughs at me.
'If a killer was really here why would they say hi?"
I regret saying that.
'Shut up..'
"Listen to me.." The voice whispered again.
I nod slowly. "Okay..."

:) hey guys! Sorry haven't updated a lot.. I'm lazy -.- Lol. But this is a gift to all of you for thanksgiving! This is kinda a filler chapter... And it's short but the next chapters will be the conclusion!
