Okay.
So I was scrolling around Wattpad and I saw a book that had over 1M reads.
I thought, "Oh, this book is really popular! But why is the cover a blurred profile picture with the title over it?"
Seriously, most people are capable of making a simple cover. I make mine on my phone with some apps that I downloaded. And if you are an amateur at cover making, this is an easy way to get started. I only paid like $3 for one app, and the other was free.
And if you can't make a cover, there are hundreds of cover shops and clubs all around Wattpad. I'm sure you could easily find one, request a cover, and have it made.
But, I was just shocked that a book with one million reads only has a blurry picture and the title.
Another thing, make sure the covers are the right size.
Wattpad suggests that your cover should be 256x400. And I just wrote it in bold AND italics, no reason to forget it now. :)
