Some stories don't get too creative with the names. They just search up a baby name website and choose the first name they see. It's usually something along the lines of:
-Grace
-Sophie/Sophia
-Anna
-Emma/Elle
-Mary
-Lauren
These names are the most common ones I've seen for females. But male names, are more or less the same:
-Brad/Brandon
-Josh/Joshua
-Mike/Mikey
-Louis
-William
-Gabe/Gabriel
-Jason/Jared/Jackson/Jacob
-Zach/Zack/Zachary
These names are totally fine to use, but DON'T USE THEM FOR EVERY STORY. Be creative every once in a while!
