"So, AJ, whatcha been up to?" I asked Aaron as I turned left and headed for his house. "Damn, it's been a long time since I've heard ANYONE call me that," Aaron said with a chuckle. "Heh, well you know me, I'm not a full name kind of person," I said with laugh. Finally, we pulled into his driveway, and I've gotta admit, he's living pretty good. "I'll be right back give me 15 minutes," he said grabbing his stuff and jumping out of the car. "Alright. Hurry up homie, you don't want yo girl waiting on your slow ass!" I yelled out with a laugh at the end. I checked out my outfit one more time before realizing I was missing the piece of resistance, my cap. I looked in the back seat to find it sitting perfectly on the seat. "Now I'm lookin' good," I said to myself looking in the rearview mirror.

Aaron finally came out wearing some red shoes, a gray tee, brown pants, a watch, and a beanie. "Oh, so you just wanna REALLY attract all the babes now don't ya?" I said pulling out of his driveway. "What're you talking about?" Aaron asked confused. "It has been scientifically proven that girls are 63% percent more attracted to boys wearing beanies," I said proudly. "And who told you that?" Aaron asked. "Jason did," I said with a smirk. "Well then that's definitely not true!" Aaron said and we both laughed.
(Aaron's POV)
We pulled up into Jess' driveway and I got out the car and rang the doorbell. "Coming!" Jess yelled. She opened the door wearing a beautiful purple and pink plaid shirt, some shorts, and pink converses.

"Hey beautiful," I said wrapping my arms around her. "Hey handsome," she said wrapping her arms around me. We kept pecking each others lips then started to actually kiss. We kissed for a while, but then I guess Ken thought that we were taking to long so. We walked to the car and we both sat in the back. "Um, Aaron who is this?" Jess asked as she tapped my shoulder. "Oh well-" "Hey! The name's Kenjii, but you can call me Ken! Aaron and I go WAY back so any friend of his is a friend of mine!" Ken said quickly yelling and interrupting me. I whispered something to Kenjii and then she yelled okay and turned on the radio and started driving. "Is she always that loud?" Jess asked looking at me kind of scared. "Ha, no, she's just listening to music and she couldn't really hear anything outside of it," I said with a chuckle. I looked out of the window for a bit then looked back at Jess and she looked....worried. "Hey Jess, you okay?" I said tapping her shoulder. "Hm? Oh, y-yeah I'm fine," she said with a small jump. "She's not jealous...is she? Nah, there's no way," I said to myself and the rest of the car ride to the movie was quiet.
(At The Movie Theater)
Third Person POV
"So Ken, are you gonna wait out here?" Aaron asked walking over to the window. "Nah, I'm just gonna see if I can get a quick ticket to go and see that new movie Central Intelligence," she said turning off the car and Jess mumbling. "Ya say something Jess?" I asked her. "Oh no," she quickly said. "Well I'll see you guys back out here," Ken said with a wave and we split in our different directions.
(After The Movies)
"Aw man AJ, you should've seen Kevin Hart! We have to go see that movie together! Just me and you!" Kenjii said uncontrollably laughing. "J-Just you two?" Jess asked sounding worried. "Huh? Well yeah! I mean I haven't talked to AJ here for a while now and I feel that this movie would be a great way to connect again!" Kenjii said ecstatically as she punched Aaron lightly in his shoulder. "And AJ?" she asked confused. "Well Kenjii would always call me AJ since my middle name is James, and we would always call her Ken, with it being short for Kenjii! But, yeah Ken we should totally do that sometime!" Aaron said putting his hand on her shoulder. Jess gulped nervously then spoke out to say, "He-Hey, we should get going to the restaurant. I'm getting a little hungry." "Oh right! C'mon let's go," Kenjii said with a face palm.
(At The Restaurant)
(Jess' POV)
"What if she's trying to steal him? I mean she seems really nice. But, you can't judge a book by it's cover. Ughhh, why do I care so much?! They're just friends!! Right?? Jess your over thinking this. Just calm down and eat, then re-approach the situation," I said to myself in my thoughts. I didn't realize, but the waitress was here to order our food. I knew that this was gonna be a weird rest of the night.
(At The End Of The Dinner)
Third Person POV
"Uh....I'm gonna head to the bathroom t-then leave you two love birds to f-fix this okay? Yeah okay! Kenjii said quickly dashing to the bathroom. "Jess, what the hell is your problem?" Aaron asked angrily. "What's my problem?! What's your problem? You've just basically been ignoring me this whole time!" Jess exclaimed quietly. "Jess, you HAVEN'T even been talking! Sorry if I want to try and catch up with some one I haven't talked to in a while that's a great friend!" Aaron said softly slamming his fist upon the table. "Oh really, Aaron? 'Friend'? Fine, call her whatever you wanna call her, but DO NOT TALK TO ME WHILE YOU GUYS ARE TOGETHER!" Jess said with rage. "What are you talking about?! Jess, Kenjii and I are JUST FRIENDS. It's ALWAYS been that way!" Aaron retorted quickly. "Okay I'm back it's time to go home now guys!" Kenjii said trying to calm them both down. "NOT NOW KENJII!!" They both yelled with rage. "Okay, I'll be over here," Kenjii quietly said going to sit at the booth behind them. "You know what Aaron?! I'm done! You can keep Kenjii, but we are no longer a THING!" Jess exclaimed angrily standing up. "Fine!" Aaron yelled also standing up. "Fine!" "Fine!" "FINE!!" They both yelled as they walked off in different directions. "Ah damnit. Why do Fridays bring joy then pain?" Kenjii said aloud to herself as she left a tip and ran to go get the two.
