Chapter Nineteen || Kenzie's POV

I love boarding school! I was homesick to start with, but Brooke and Mads look after me, and Asia's my best friend.

I really like not being at the ALDC anymore. For one, I'm not competiting against Asia. Also, Miss Kristina tells me what to do, but she never ever tells me off for no reason. And being at a dance boarding school means I get to do proper school some days and whole days of dance other days.

I love dance! And Kristina gives me the best ever dances. This week I have a solo, which I'm very excited about. It's called 'Kiss You', by One Direction, and I get lots of acro and lots of turns and a pink frilly costume. Kristina says I look cute as a button, but she also says that she wants me to start more mature dances soon, like Maddie. I love my life right now.

I also love Nick, who is Maddie's 'friend'. I think they are going out though. Nick taught me how to do me own bunches and braids really well, so I can get ready totally by myself in the morning, and he does lots of flying angels with me too, which are so fun.

Chloe and Paigey aren't talking to me too much, and I was worried they were cross with me, but Maddie told me it's not my fault and the reason that they're not talking to me is that they are very busy and have lots of problems to sort out.

She said they were preoccupied. I'm very sad for them that they have problems.

I have to go and do my duet 'Say You Like Me' with Asia now. Her dancing makes me feel bad, which I told Maddie, but Mads said we are both the same level but have different dancing styles. That made me feel better.

Everyone's in the group dance this week and also has a duet, trio, or a solo. I love my solo.

My other favourite dances this week are Mia Diaz and Jenna Valenzuela's duet to 'Just Give Me A Reason', Autie's solo to 'Wide Awake', Autie, Paige and Chloe's trio to 'Stand In The Rain', Brooke's solo to 'Let Her Go'  and the group dance to 'Part Of Me'.

That's a lot of dances, I know. Miss Kristina is a better choreographer than Abby.
