A month passed by and being at the academy was starting to become... uhm a little fun. I became closer to the nine tails, and Sasuke. Actually, Chesire and I were the only friends that Sasuke allowed to be close to him in anyway. Of course, we got crap from the fan girls, but it's not like I can't handle them. Today was the day that we would be given our team assignments. And since there isn't enough people to make whole team of three, there would be two teams of four... Now which four was it going to be? I had no idea.

During class, I sat next to Sasuke and Chesire on my left and Naruto next to her.

"As you all know today is the day for you to be assigned a team and there will be two teams of four. Now let's proceed," Iruka announced.

Multiple names were called as the teams were made.

"Team 7 Naruto Uzumaki, Rai Daimo, Sasuke Uchiha, and Sakura Haruno."

"BUT IRUKA SENSEI WHY DO I HAVE TO BE ON A TEAM WITH SASUKE!!" Naruto stood angrily.

"Because he said so now sit down Blondie," Chesire commanded as she was digging in her ear.

Naruto began to mumble to himself, causing me to giggle.

"As I was saying—"

Iruka cut off again by the annoying pink haired girl behind me. One of Sasuke's annoying fan-girl... Great

"OKAY BUT WHY DO I HAVE TO BE ON A TEAM WITH RAI!" She shouted.

"She doesn't even know me," I murmured as I crossed my arms.

Chesire stood up out of her desk and turned to Sakura.

"BECAUSE HE FRICKIN' SAID SO NOW SIT DOWN, YOU BIMBO. I WANNA KNOW WHAT TEAM I'M ON!" Chesire exploded on the pink kunoichi and sat back down mumbling a "Fuck" under her breath.

Chesire blushed ass everyone was staring at her, since she never yelled at someone and was usually shy in class.

"Wow Kagome-chan since when did you start making public announcements like that?" I teased her.

"I don't know it might be my time of the month," she replied.

"Better tell Yosuke no sexy time for a week," I whispered so only she could hear.

She blushed and I laughed at her.

"Now that... that is settled Team 8 will be Kiba Inuzuka, Shino Aburame, Kagome Daimo, and Hinata Hyuuga."

(A/N okay so there's always a debate about how you spell Hinata's last name ... well that's how I spell it. No hate mail please thank you)

"Now that's what I'm talking about," Chesire whispered with a determined look on her face.

After everyone's teams were made, the class was dismissed to wait for their new sensei to arrive. While my team stayed in the same class room. Sasuke and I talked about random nonsense while playing a meaningless game of tic-tac-toe. Sakura could seem to do anything else but glare at me. Naruto being the impatient dork he was. Paced the room back and forth.

"Naruto sit down, pacing back and forth is not going to make the sensei get here any quicker," I told him

"AGH WHERE IS HE!" He whined.

"Did he just ignore me?"

"I think so," Sasuke said.

"Mofo," I mumbled.

Naruto started to put an eraser on the door, so when sensei walked in it would fall on them. Well I could stop Naruto, but I wanted to see what would happen so, I sat there and watched. Footsteps were heard down the hallway, and the door opened and the person who was supposed to be hit by the eraser wasn't there.

"REI—RAI!! What the heck!!! I was just coming to tell you about my team and an eraser falls on my head!" Chesire complained, as she rubbed her head.

I jumped from my desk and onto the floor next to Chesire.

"I'm sorry Kagome. Naruto was being an idiot and he tried playing a trick on our sensei," I explained.

"And it didn't work? Aww what a shame..."

We all turned our attention towards the door. There was a man standing in the doorway with white hair and a mask covering his face. I inhaled sharply. It was Kakashi. The man whose heart I broke a few weeks before the festival and before I was taken to the Akatsuki. He looked at me with his one eye wide.

"Don't I know you?" He pointed at me.

"No. I don't believe so, I'm Rai Daimo, and I just moved here recently," I lied smoothly.

"Would you happen to know a woman by the name of Reika Hibiki?" He asked.

Chesire started snicker quietly to herself. We couldn't stay in the Leaf much longer than another month otherwise someone would figure out who I was.

"No, I'm sorry sensei I don't know a woman by that name. I only know of her and her clan."

"Well my first impression of all of you is.... You're a bunch of idiots," he said to everyone.

"Well I'm not part of your group so SEE YA!" Chesire noted sarcastically as she left.

Kakashi lead the team up to the roof and we described a little more about ourselves. I basically ignored everything that they said because I could have cared less and I already knew a lot about Sasuke so it wasn't a big deal, but when it came down to me all I said was:

"Well the name's Rai Daimo, I like things and hate stuff. I don't have hobbies unless singing in the shower counts as one and my dreams are not important to anyone but me, and I'm sure you could care less."

"Well I'm glad you all shared. I see we have some interesting people in this group, and the plan for tomorrow is everyone meet at the training ground at 5 a.m. sharp and don't eat breakfast unless you want to see it again.... And in a different form."

I yawned not paying attention to the petty threats like the other three. Walking past Kakashi, I stepped to the railing and walked off the balcony. Once I got home I was met with Itachi's beautiful face. He had just got back from training. I walked up to him and kissed him sweetly.

"How was your day?" Itachi wrapped his arms around my waist.

"I'm on a team with Sasuke and Kakashi."

"Wooow must be fun?" Itachi replied sarcastically.

I playfully punched him and when Chesire walked in the door, I made snacks for everyone to eat. There was another a knock on the door, I'm hoping it wasn't the ANBU black ops coming to arrest us. When I opened the door. It was... Naruto?

What was he doing here?

Another day, another chapter edited! How are my lovely, readers and re-readers doing?! Editing Author-chan with another chapter for ya. I'm trying to rewatch Naruto but this stupid Kazekage arc is so boring! Especially when you already know the outcome. I just need a compilation of fighting. ANYWAY! Makes sure everyone comments, votes, and follows for more amazing fanfictions and updates!
