The date to set out to the Leaf Village, is the next month. Every member in the Akatsuki is doing a work out to harness their specialties without it taking too much of a toll on their bodies. Chesire, more than anyone else in the clan, was diligently working towards her goals. By the time next month rolled around she would master so many jutsu that she would surpass some of the other members including her blonde haired boyfriend. Itachi was perfectly back to health and now was training almost as hard as Chesire. I admire everyone for their hard work, yet I somehow felt like I was slacking. Although I was the one who was helping everyone enhance their skills, I wasn’t practicing my new skills at all. If I wasn’t helping someone train, then I was making meal schedules or the meals themselves. I hadn’t sung in so long, but I felt that my new powers were better than my kekkai genkai. I could do most of the things without even using hand signs. I wonder if Alfonse knew this would happen once I started my decent onto a new path. Currently I was sitting on the couch planning our entrance to the Leaf. There would be multiplied guards around the perimeter than usual, and not to mention the Hokage is watching us like a hawk. Literally. I felt a depression in the couch, looked over, and noticed Deidara sit next to me. He also looked down at all the maps I had laid across the coffee table, and he began to examine them his self. He leaned back on the couch and sighed. I guess looking at this was too much for him.
“Reika you’re doing so much work for the planning of this alliance,” He spoke softly.
“I only want the best for my friends and I think it’s time that we made amends with the villages that we’ve tormented for the past decades. No one needs to die, and I really hope that we can prevent as many deaths as possible, by the Akatsuki hands,” I whispered.
“Actually that sounds nice,” Dei said with a small smile. “That would be wonderful, and then I could live with Chesire, without the fear of losing her to a bounty hunter.”
“Exactly, which is what I want for Sasuke.” We sat there on the couch quietly as I organized the plan of actions, within my head. There were many things that we could do too, but it seemed that docile actions from the villagers of the Leaf would not come openly. There was a way to get into the Village, but the Hokage’s office was a while away. This would have to do though. I heard running from down the hallway and Chesire came and jumped on Deidara.
“Oof,” I scoffed as the small girl landed on him.
“Deeeeeeeeeiiiiii, come play with meeeeee,” She whined. I knew what that meant and sighed, gathering my papers and heading to my room. I put them away and headed to the training field to start my meditation. I focused my chakra to my mind and breathed in deeply. I entered Purgatory and walked around looking at all the ninja and non-ninja who were waiting for their fate to be decided. I saw a little girl in tattered clothes and her right eye shut tightly. She was beaten badly and she looked to be almost three. I leaned down to her and put my hand over her head. She looked up and hugged me as she started to cry. I leaned over her hugging her back. I whispered quietly into her ear.
“Nothing but pureness in this child and a life with nothing but hate in it. You deserve more than this. I’ll send her to a better place where she would greeted by happy music and dolls for her to play with. Let this child be free.”The girl looked up at me as her soul slowly started to disappear in to the clouded ceiling. I returned to the living world and sighed. I started to stand up when I felt two strong arms wrapped around me. I turned to see my loving boyfriend behind me.
