James. He was sitting at your table. The table you'd usually sit at yourself. Was he waiting for you?

"Aleksandr," You started walking to a different in inhabited table, but he stopped you anyway. "I wanna talk to you,"

You sat down across from him. He didn't try to grab you, touch you or do anything. He just sat; elbows up on the table, and hands together.

"I'm sorry again for everything's that's happened to you. And I'm sorry for hurting you," he started. You nodded, letting him know you heard him.

"I also really like you. And I was wondering if you wanted to go out sometime," he blushed, and diverted his eyes..

You had always kind of liked James, his bullying kind of set you off... But you were with Eddie now.

You shook your head.

He sighed, "I kinda thought so. Sorry again. I'll let you be. See ya Aleks," James got up and left you alone.

You felt bad, sad and confused. You turned away someone who you've liked for ages, but hurt you almost as much as your dad did. Perhaps the only other person who even remotely liked you as much as Eddie.

And you lost him.

~~~[Timeskip]~~~
You left your last class and made your way to where you were hoping Eddie would be. You never would have a specific place to meet him, just kind of wander until you bumped ink each other.
"Aleks!" a voice called behind you. You turned around, and could see Seamus walking up the hallway towards you. Raising a hand, you gave him a slight wave before scanning the crowd for Eddie again. The whole school was just trying to get out; you couldn't blame them.
"Yo," he greeted, as he joined next to you. "Was Sly gonna meet you around here or something?"
You shook your head, then shrugged. You pointed to the lockers, hoping he would get your point. Seamus just nodded and pulled his backpack further up his shoulders. Finally, Eddie came into view, grabbing his stuff before joining you and Seamus against the wall.
"Sup homies?" he asked us, giggling. He threw his arm casually over your shoulder, pulling you close to him. You felt your face heat up.
"Nothing much. What did we all wanna do?" Seamus' eyes looked from Eddie to you.
You shrugged, not caring as long as you spent time with your friends.
"You guys could come to my house?" Seamus suggested.
"Okay!" Eddie nodded before pulling you down the hallway. His arm was holding you tightly around your neck. He was almost choking you.
"Eddie," you whispered quietly, barely moving your lips so no one would notice you were talking.
He heard you though. "Sorry Aleks," he loosened his grip and instead held your hand and pulled you. You blushed again as you noticed the stares of your peers. You didn't think they heard you, but at this point they probably suspected something between you and Eddie.
"Which way are we going Seamus?" Eddie asked once you had made it out of the front doors of the school.
"To the right. I don't live far, so we can walk," Seamus led the way as he was texting.
You and Eddie were behind him, so he slipped his left arm through your belt loop. You held his arm and slightly leaned on him. You probably looked like a couple. Didn't matter. Seamus was walking in front, too engrossed in whatever conversation he was having. You were going to tell him about your relationship anyway. Eddie seemed to notice Seamus texting too.
"Who's your friend Seamus?"
"Oh, just someone from my language arts class," Seamus assured us, glancing back barely. He probably didn't notice the way you and Eddie were holding each other, or just didn't care. And you could've sworn you had seen a slight pink in his cheeks, but he turned around before you could really tell.
"Does this friend have a name?" Eddie asked again.
"James. We're paired up for this poster project, and we were just talking today. He seems really cool,"
You gripped Eddie tighter. He knew that James was the one who'd bully you. He didn't know James' opinions of you had changed though. You'd tell him later.
"Umm Seamus? James used to bully Aleks..." Eddie explained.
Seamus looked up from the phone, "Oh sorry Aleks. I can stop talking to him if-"
"No," you interrupted him. "Keep talking to him."
Seamus gave you a sympathethic look before typing to his new friend again. Eddie held you tighter.
"It's okay," you assured him.
"We're here guys," Seamus motioned to his two-story house. He led the way inside as you and Eddie followed behind.
HEY GUYS. WHAT'S UP?
Lololol. If you don't get that reference, I shall be extremely disappointed.
But here is your long overdue chapter. For awhile it'll be mostly filler (which I hate writing....), but I'm honestly not sure what else I'm doing with this story (not including the BS chapter)
I'm running out of ideas is all. I'm trying my best to keep writing, but it is hard. Slowly but surely, this story is coming to a close :( It'll probably be done around chapter 30. AND BE THE FIRST STORY I'VE EVER FINISHED. After a year of writing, I'll have one completed story =.= GG me.
Anyway, I'll have maybe some brief Seamus shenanigans for maybe 6-7 chapters, then wrap up the story. And before questions come up later; no there will probably not be a sequel. I have my other stories I need to work on. And I kind of wanna rewrite one of my old stories and repost it :) That'll be fun and painful.
And although I'm done with my break, I will not be posting every other day. Perhaps twice a week? Idk. Just as often as I can without wearing myself out. My current main focus' are this and Mercenary and I'm just putting Dimensions on hold until this is done, or I have better ideas.
Ehh. I need to do these updates in my other book, but then they wouldn't get to you guys cause you wouldn't see it... Meh. More authors note for you here :)
Thanks for reading! And thanks for 15k reads! I'm still working on that BS chapter xD and I'm sorry I don't have a better way of rewarding. I'm not sure what else I can give back to you for reading. If you has ideas, lemme know :)
LOVE YOU ALL! <3
