"Faster! come on, run!" Lucas shouts at me. I grunt and keep jogging. My body was numb and I couldn't feel my feet at all, my clothes were drenched and stuck to my body. My hair clung to my head and my muscles groaned in pain with every step I took. Rain hit me hard and I had to keep blinking because the water got in my eyes. "Faster!" Lucas shouts again from beside me.

Damian had been out here punishing me earlier but then got called up to do something. Lucas had been the only one on near the oval at 5:30 am. I had been running for twenty minutes when Lucas took over. And to think I was ready to die then. My body was screaming and begging for me to stop. My chest heaved with hard breaths.

It had only been ten minutes after Lucas took over that it started raining. I had to run for 3 hours apparently.

The last time I cheeked it had only been an hour and a half. The sun was starting to peak over the trees and lighting the sky but I was wishing to fall asleep. I had been tied when I came up to the room but I was dead now. They hadn't even waited till the next day. Straight away so I 'learned my lesson'.

"Run, run, run!" Lucas shouts beside me. He hadn't been running the whole time, in fact he would sit down for ten minutes before getting back up to push me on. My muscles shook and my head throbbed. My chest seemed to constrict with each breath, making it harder to breath each time. My eyes were blurring everything, not that I could see though the rain. "Run!" Lucas shouts again and I glanced at him.

He looked like a gray figure even though he wasn't even a meter away.  The rain hit me forcefully and I was ready to give up. "Shut....up!" I shout at him, still running tiredly. Damian had made me sprint, Lucas was trying to make me too but by the time it was raining I was lucky to be jogging.

"Run!" Lucas didn't even seem fazed by the rain. He wasn't even out of breath.

"No!" I shout back. But I pushed on even though it was useless. Has anyone ever ran for a whole hour straight in the rain when they would be lucky to normally run for twenty minutes.

"Run! Faster! Run!" Lucas shouts over the rain.

I slowed down, my head feeling like a rock. Eventually i stopped and was leaning my hands on my knees. My chest heaved, trying to draw air in. My leg shook and my arms were locked up to stop from give out under me. Rain batted my head and back. I was sure my bra was see-able though my shirt but I didn't care.

"Come on. Run," Lucas snaps. "You run now or you'll start all over again tomorrow."

I then collapsed to the ground with a painful sob. If I scrapped skin off when I hit the ground I didn't feel it. The thought of having to start all over again was enough to make me want to drown myself. I lay on the ground feeling like I was made of concrete.

"Get up!" Lucas shouts down at me and nudges my side with his foot.

"I didn't do it though!" I shout. Another sob filled my chest and tears pricked my eyes. "I didn't do it," I mutter rolling onto my side.

"Get up," Lucas ignores my comment and tries to pull me up. I sag as he pulls me up by my arm. My feet slip though the mud and my body slid over the mud as he tried to pick me up.

"No, go away," I mutter a tear falling. Rain stung my cheeks and washed away the tears which now slipped. I was too tied to care though.

"Do you want to start again?" he growls from above me.

"No" I say helplessly.

"Then get up. Otherwise you can start again later," His voice was clipped. I didn't budge. The rain slowed and I could see him standing over me. His black hair plastered to his face, his clothes sticking to his body. I looked away from the vampire. My eyes meet someone standing near the oval. An umbrella was held in their hand. With a start I noticed it was Angel. She had came to see me get tortured.

I was suddenly pulled upright. I didn't even squeal as it happened, I just let him pull me up. The second I was up however, I collapsed again. This was not my day. Everything in me refused to move. My brain was having a malfunction. Nothing was working. Lucas threw his hands up in defeat and muttered something before walking away. "I give up!" he shouts.

I just lay there. I could move even if I wanted to.

The rain attacked me, the cold water hitting my side and my eyes drifted closed. Who cares. Just let me die... The thought entered and I would have pushed it away if I had the strength, but I didn't even have the strength to open my eyes. So I let the darkness consume me.
