Ch 20 Morning delights

Lucas's P.O.V

Someone warm was laying next to me, something pressing against my side. I opened my eyes and looked around the dark room. Trent was still asleep on his bed, his body sprawled over the mattress in a disorganized manner. I looked at what was beside me. It was Katsa. She look peaceful where she laid, her breathing was slow and her hair fell over her face in a tangled mess but it looked beautiful. I laid my head down and lay there, not wanting to deserve her. She smelled of vanilla and some type of flower.

She shifted slightly and her bare leg brushed my leg. She buried her head in my chest and made a little whining sound. Her eyes fluttered a tiny bit but then she just settled back down, her body relaxing. I stroked her hair from her face. Something washed over me again but i shoved it away with everything i had. No. I fist my handm not wanting to think about what i wanted. I suddenly heard someone gasp and looked at Trent who was rubbing his eyes like it would help him to see. "Dude! You got a chick in here! And didn't even share!?"

"Why would i share a bed with you? I'm not gay ya know" i say shaking my head. "We didn't do anything. She just needed a place to crash. That's all"

Trent leaped of his bed and in two strides was next to the bed and looking down at Kat who was nearly laying on my bare chest. "It that Kat?"

"Yeah, now go away, you're gonna wake her up" i say making a shooing motion at him. Trent rolls his eyes and disappears into the bathroom.

I look back at Kat who was still asleep. Her chest kept pressing against the side of mine every time she took a breath. Her eyelash's cast shadows over her cheeks and her lips were parted slightly. She suddenly took a deep breath and i tried not to move away as her chest pressed against me, it felt like i was taking advantage of her cause she was asleep and unaware of what was happening. That's one reason i wanted to sleep on the floor last night, i didn't want to have to be up here with her, smell her right next to me and feel her warm body near me. Most vampire would love to have that, though not cause they cared or liked sleeping with someone. Most Vampires would like it cause the person was then venerable.

Like she was now. And i couldn't help myself. I learned over her, her breathing was slow as i got closer to her. I couldn't resist anymore.

Kat's P.O.V

I don't know what woke me, maybe something touched me, maybe it was a sound, maybe it was the light that made me wake up, but i woke up, my eyes opening slowly. Lucas was looking down at me, his hair falling over his cold eyes. "Sorry" i mumble moving away from his side where i had curled up to, my hair fell in tangles around my face as i moved away from Lucas's warm, strong chest and into the soft warm blankets. I stiffled a yawn, which i failed at.

"Your right" Lucas says and gets up, as he did his legs untangled from mine and i fell sideways on the bed as it shifted under me. I whined and wriggled around and lifted my head to look at Lucas who was laughing.

"Shut up" i forced another yawn back and shook my head. "What time is it"

"8" Lucas's tone was easy and light though i could hear amazement in his voice.

I groaned again and snuggled into the blankets deeper. "To early" i mumble.

"We have an hour til classes Litter Wolf, you may need to get ready, especially if you have to walk back to your dorm to collect your things" Lucas voice moved around the room as did he, his footsteps trailing from one side of the room to the other. I jumped when there was a loud bang. "Trent! Get out of the shower!"

Trent called something back which i couldn't distinguish though the door. I opened my eyes and looked at Lucas who i instantly notice was shirtless cause that were my eyes instantly were draw, to his pale back which was facing me, i could see his shoulder blades under his smooth skin. I forced my wondering eyes to his head just as he turned around. If he saw me looking he didn't show it. "To early, no school" i mumble like a kid.

Right then as if to prove my point there was a loud beep from the PA. "All classes for today have been canceled. An assembly will be held at 11 for all students" the PA then cut out and i smirked at Lucas who rolled his eyes at me.

"That's not fair. You knew" he said walking back over to the bed. He sat down on the edge and looked at my bundled body which was hidden by blankets. "How can you lay like that?"

I shrugged and realized i probably looked like a weird c with a tail cause i was laying in a c shape with my feet under my ass. "Flexible" i smile tiredly and shift before rolling over so my back was to him.

"Are you going to stay in my bed all day or something?" Lucas laughs poking my shoulder.

I grunt and swat blindly at his hand. "Yep, it's mine cause it's comfy"

"Trent's beds softer" Lucas tries to bribe me into getting out of his bed. I look over my shoulder at Trent's bed like i was considering getting up and waddling over there.

"Really?"

"Yeah" Lucas nods, smiling cause he thought he had got me.

"Good for Trent. If you want a bed, you can always steal Trent's" i grin closing my eyes and turning back so i was facing the wall.

Now Lucas groaned and suddenly someone grabbed my waist and pulled me to his chest. Lucas then laid down with me on top of him. I squirmed in his arm til i was laying on my stomach instead of my back. I looked down at Lucas who was grinning. "Let me go" i whine, pouting playfully. My hair feel around my face in a tangle, making a curtain around us and brushing Lucas's jaw.

"No" Lucas whispers.

I pout, running my bare foot alone his leg gently, hoping to tease him with my touch. Lucas then does something that utterly surprises me.
