A Throne and a Baby

Chapter 27

"Okay" he leaned over so he could look under my seat, coming up with the cellphone. He checked it to see if it got damaged in the accident. When he called Cecilia back she answered on the first ring.

"Oh thank god, are you guys okay" she was nearly screaming in the phone.

"Yeah we are okay but mom Elle's water just broke and the car is crashed into a tree and I can't get her out"

"Oh my god" I could hear her yelling to someone about calling the cops. "Don't worry we have GPS built into her cellphone." With that she hung up the phone.

"Max I'm having a contraction" trying to breathe through them but It was becoming difficult

"Elle I'm here for you, just tell me what to do" Max stated.

"We have find a way for me to lay down cause you have to be able to catch her when she comes out." Taking shallow breathes. He sat down in his seat looking about for something; it was still raining so trying to find help was hopeless. This baby was coming and we needed to get ready for her, he looked out the window toward the tree then he just turned on the car.

"What are you doing?"

"Maybe we can move away from the tree so I can have room to move you around." I didn't want to say anything because it was an idea and I didn't have anything better. He slowly turned the car hoping it would move, the car felt like it was jolting and it was hurting me since the car was crashed in.

"Hold on Elle" with that he started to push on the gas, the car was moving away from the tree. When he knew he had enough room to move around he turned off the car. Jumping out of the car he came around and tried to pull the door open but it was not working so he tried the back door and that one was a lot easier to open. He came in and pulled the seat lever so that the seat went back. He helped me slide back so that I was lying in the back of the car.

"Okay Max I will tell you when a contraction is coming, I want you to time them." Looking him straight in the eye. The man was a doctor but he wasn't an OB doctor so this was going to be something interesting. "When there a minute apart it's time for me to push okay"

Two hours past and I had finally reached a minute and the rain had slowed down. No ambulance had come and helped so I knew that Max was going to bring his daughter into the world. When he finally told me that I could push it was the most painful thing to imagine. As Max was telling me to push I was telling him to shove that push up his ass.

"I see the head" he yelled. "Push Elle"

I pushed a couple of times when I heard that first cry I knew she was out and I was done. Max was crying while he held his daughter when he looked at me I knew that he was proud that he did it. I could hear sirens in the distant, well they are useless I was done with the difficult part.

"Can I finally hold my daughter?"

"Yes" handing me Ivy, she was perfect she had my black hair and her father's nose. Looking up at Max he had tears running down his face, he came down and kissed my cheek. When he was about to move away I grabbed him by the neck and pulled him down and kissed him back.

"I love you Max, and I will Marry you" stating. He looked shocked of what I stated. I knew he was about to say something when we heard a knock on the door. Looking to see that the paramedic was there, Max opened the door to allow them to come in. I was looking at him but he was silent and he turned his back on me I couldn't read his facial features.

I was rushed to the hospital where Max's parents were their waiting on us and I could tell that Tyler had flown here to see what had happened to his daughter.

"Honey are you okay" Tyler came into the room.

"Yes dad I'm okay"

"Thank god, how is my granddaughter." He was looking around.

"She is perfect" smiling at my daughter "would you like to hold her."

"Of course" with that he picked Rose up and held her I was just watching him since he didn't get the chance to hold me so I wasn't going to stop him from holding her.

"Dad, I want to talk to you" getting serious since Max was not in the car.

"Yes my love"

"I told Max that I would marry him" with that he just froze

"What did he say" looking at me?

"Nothing, he said nothing just went silent"

"Well maybe he is just shocked"

"no, I think he didn't want to marry me" crying thinking that he didn't' want me at all.

"That is not true, I would love for you to marry me but I wanted to ask you" Max's voice stated by the door.

He came up to me and just went down on one knee; he pulled out a box and opened it showing the most beautiful ring I have seen.

"Elle would you give me the honor of being my wife."

"Yes, a thousand time yes.

With that he put the ring on my finger; there was a lot of clapping. Everybody was clapping this was the most perfect thing that I could imagine. Thinking that I was marrying the man that I loved and having a perfect daughter . My family was complete and I was happy.
