Chapter 23

"I'm going to miss you girlie"

"Me too, I wish you could come to but I know that you need to get back"

Chloe was leaving me, what was I going to do with her go. I would have no one to talk to or just let my frustration out with. Well I was going to go to Spain to get to know Max a little bit more. As I took another bite of my sandwich Cecila walked into the room, she glanced up and smiled.

"Oh when did you come down" taking a seat next to me?

"About twenty minutes ago" taking another bite so that I could leave sooner,

"So I know that you decided to come to Spain but I was wondering if you could stay longer"

"I also thought about that but then I would be staying there until the baby is born but I didn't want that"

"I don't see any reason why that is a bad thing"

"I do, that is why I decided to only stay for a couple of weeks and then I also have Tyler waiting on me."

She was silent. I made up my mind not to stay long cause I did see the movie with 'not without my daughter' I rather not have another movie starring me as the main character. Thinking to myself I didn't notice that she was staring at my stomach. I forgot to wear my sweater that hides the fact that I was expecting. Turning in my chair I glanced at Chloe who was also looking at Cecila with confusing.

"So Cecile what are your plans with my girl here. Like are you going to be showing her the sights or are you going to be home sitting while max shows her around."

"At first I was going to be with them but then both my husband and son told me to just stay out of it" said looking up from my stomach.

"I think that is a good idea as well" taking another bite of my sandwich.

She took another bite. "Look Elle I know you don't like me or anything but I really want you to try to give my son a chance without my influence."

"I will try Cecile but if you try to butt in I will have no choice but decline any offer" standing up from my seat and walked out so that I could finish helping Chloe pack up. Chloe was going to be leaving later on in the afternoon so I wanted to spend more of my time with her. I was depressed with her going so Tyler helped me with copping with the fact that I was going to be alone again until I left with Max.

After Chloe left I was already packed and ready to go to Spain. Jorge had called his pilot informing him that we would be leaving in a couple of hours and that we needed to head out as soon as possible. Tyler came up to me and just held me.

"Are you sure you are wanting to go" he was concerned about what was going to happen.

"Yeah I want to give him a chance for our daughters sake." with that I left and got into the car that was waiting on me. when I was almost to the car Emily came up and hugged me, handing me a small package.

"it's for the ride there" with that I got in the car and we headed out, I wanted to cry since I have never been away from Tyler for more than a couple of hours  and this was breaking my heart. Max leaned next to me and whispered in my ear. "it will be okay Elle I promise" with that I hoped that I was.

Arriving at the airport I was more nervous than ever all I could do was rub my stomach and pray that I was doing the right thing.

Buckling up, Max sat next to me and we talked a little to get my mind off the fact that we were about to take flight,

"Max"

"Yes Elle,"

 " look I'm really going to be honest that we can patch our relationship before Ivy is born but I'm worried what will happen if I do."

"Well let just go one step at a time."

I knew in my heart that time was running out. with that I watched as the road zoomed by and then we were in the air. Jorge and Cecilia were laughing about something about a memory about being part of the mile high club.

Ewwww

I decided that I would need a nap before arriving in Spain, it was hour later when I felt a tap on my shoulder.

"what"

"Elle we are going down to land." Max said to me, opening up my eyes and looked out the window. OMG it was beautiful I was amazed about the view. We finally landed and I was escorted out of the plane and there was a limo with a man and woman standing next to the door.

"Welcome back your majesty" the both said.

"it's great to be back." Jorge said as he came back.
