It's Complicated

Chapter 18

I ended up falling asleep around 10. I was exhausted! Plus, I had a huge day planned today with Tyler. We're going to go to this giant water park with masive water slides. It's gonna be fun!

I slipped on my strapless cheetah print bikini, and through on a t-shirt and jean shorts over it. Rummaging through my closet, I found a random pair of flip flops and grabbed those. Taking my brown wavy hair, I put it in a high pony tail. Honestly, I don't care if I look like a hobo. All I care about is going to that water park and having the best time in my life!

I put on a little bit of waterproof mascara, and a watermelon smelling lip gloss. My grandma was downstairs making breakfast.

"And where is little miss Page going?" My grandma asked. Oh crap. What do I say to her? Would if she doesn't let me go?

"I..uh..umm.. I'm hanging out with.. A friend. Yea! We're going to the water park together. And h-THEY'RE coming to get me in a couple minutes" I spoke. Well, it wasn't exactly a lie. I think.

My grandma put her hand on her hip, and rose her eyebrow. "I may be old, but I am smart. Page dear, you don't have to lie to me. If you wish to go to a water park with a boy, you may. I'm not going to not let you. Of course you can go! Your a teenager for heavens sake!" My grandma said. Her arms were waving all over the place. Ya know, when adults use hand-motions as they speak. I smiled, knowing my grandma would understand.

"so what bathing suit are you wearing? is it a bikini?" my granda said, wiggling her eyebrows as she spoke. Ok this conversation has just gotten creepy..

"And this conversation is now ending" I said, grabbing an apple and eating it as I gathered all my stuff. As if on queue, the doorbell wrong. Yay! This is going to be so much fun!

Right now I'm on a waterslide race with Tyler. Hopefully I win, so I can laugh in his face. We just took off, and all I see is pitch black. I push against the waterslide walls, so I can go faster. Ha! Finally down! And no sign of Tyler, which means I won! I get off the slide and wait for him, but he isn't coming down. This is weird. All of the sudden, there's a tap on my shoulder. I turn around, to find a dripping wet Tyler.

"Where have you been!?" I screamed in his face.

"Well, let's just say I won" he whispered in my ear, then walked away. I jogged up to him, and decided to pull a tease if he wants to play that way. Walking a bit ahead, I swayed my hips, as each foot took a step forward. I could feel his eyes now on my butt. Ok this is really awkward.

"So what waterslide should we ride next?" I asked, going back to where he was.

"Actually, I'm really hungry" he said, rubbing his stomach to show he was hungry. I laughed a bit, then looked around for a restaurant.

Sadly, the day came to an end. I'm just glad we're friends again.

Guys I'm sorry; this chapter is really short & boring. I'm just actually really busy. I have cheer after school, a butt load of homework, and right now I'm on my way to fear farm with my friends. Oh my gosh! I'm so scarred!!! Ok ily guys (:
