Though she hadn't realized it, Sara had fallen asleep, resting her head on the ledge of the slab of table where Leonard was resting.  Caitlin and Cisco had decided to stay out of Leonard's way for the time being.  Barry was back at the house discussing a few things with Joe.  Sara and Leonard were still in the lab all by themselves.

As Sara could feel some movement next to her, she jolted awake forgetting where she was momentarily.  Glancing down to see Leonard still sleeping but beginning to stir, she calmed down slightly.  She could hear him mumbling but wasn't sure if she should wake him or leave him be.  She narrowed her eyes slightly as she continued to watch.  Suddenly she jumped as he jolted awake.

"I'm still here."  She said quietly reaching her hand out to touch his arm.  Leonard whipped his head to face Sara as he felt her touch  but he pulled away.  "Who are you?"  He hissed.  Sara narrowed her eyes again.  "Snart it's me.  Sara."

"Yes..  It's Sara..  You remember her right?"  Snart jolted again and his head turned slightly to his left.  As if he could see someone standing next to him but they weren't really there.  "Sara?"  He said though he wasn't facing her.  Sara watched him closely.  "I'm over here."  She said waving her hand in front of Leonard.  He blinked but he didn't make any movements to look at her.

"Savage.."  He said quietly.  Sara looked at him worriedly.  "No.  Leonard.  I'm Sara.  Savage is gone remember?"  But it was like he was in a trance.  He wasn't even paying any attention to her.  "She was the one who left you at the occultist to die.  She claims to be the woman who loves you, yet she allowed you to die.  To make you become the hero you never wanted to be."  Leonard closed his eyes as some images from the explosion came into his mind.  "No.  That's not true.  She tried to save me.  She would've done whatever it took to save me.  The time masters."  Leonard began to rub his temples in hopes that Vandal's image would disappear.  He knew he was imagining him but it felt so real.

"Snart.  Who are you talking to?"  Sara looked at him confused.  She gave his arm a squeeze hoping she could distract him from whatever it was was happening.  He suddenly looked up recognizing Sara sitting next to him.  His heart was pounding fast.  Savage was getting more desperate in wanting Sara.  And now not only that but this man Dahrk wanted her as well.

"Where's Savage?"  He asked nervously. "What do you mean?"  She asked.  "I saw him here.  He.  He wants to kill you."  He whispered.  "Leonard.  No one is going to kill me.  Believe it or not I have handled people tougher than Savage."  She said.  She noticed the surprised look on Cold's face.  He shook his head slightly.  "You should try to sleep some more."  Sara said still feeling very worried.  What exactly had Savage done to him?

"How is he doing?"  Caitlin asked Sara as she walked over to the cot to check Cold's vitals.  Sara sighed a little.  "I'm not exactly sure.  He thought that Vandal was here in the room with us.  I am not exactly sure what Vandal has done to him.  And I am not sure how we can find a way to reverse it."  Caitlin placed a hand on Sara's shoulder.  "I am sure you will figure it out.  Cold is quite tough.  Believe me. I know from experience."  She muttered.  Sara raises her eye slightly.  She was curious but she didn't ask.

Sometime in the evening, Sara was once again alone at the lab with Snart.  He had been sleeping for a couple of hours now.  It was probably the longest sleep he had gotten since he had woken from his slight coma state.  "Don't you ever leave?"  She heard the muffled voice from Cold.  She glances over to see he was awake. She had been so busy thinking about things.  About ways to help Cold that she wasn't sure how long he had been awake and watching her.  Sara glanced over at him and took a deep breath.  "You sure like to change your mind a lot don't you."  She muttered.  Leonard glared at her.  "What does that mean?"  "Nothing."  She said a bit too quickly.  "I'm going to get out of here."  Leonard said gruffly.  He began to get up but Sara stopped him.

"You can't stop me from leaving.  I'm feeling just fine.  And I am going to go home.  I would get out of my way if I was you."  He warned.  She was lucky he didn't have his cold gun.  Which he needed to locate.  Sara closed her eyes momentarily but stayed where she was.  It was like his mind had taken him back to the times he knew what he was like before the mission.  The same cold hearted bastard she has met on the wave rider. But then he still has his tender moments.  As if he was trying to remember her.  As if he wanted to.

Sara didn't budge.  And she could see Cold looked annoyed with her actions.  She practically stumbled back when she felt him brush past her quite aggressively to prove his point.  She turned around just in time to see Cold exit into the hall.  She let out a small sigh and closed her eyes momentarily.  She couldn't do this.  How was she going to find a way to get Snart back?

A few minutes later she heard footsteps and looked a bit surprised to see that Leonard had returned. "Can I help you?"  She said in a cool voice.  "I am going to need a ride home."  He grunted not really liking the idea that he needed help.  And from Sara especially.  Sara let out another sigh.  "Fine."  She walked out of the lab with Snart to bring him back to his hideout.

"I live here?"  He asked almost looking horrified once they reached the hideout to where he and Mick had been staying.  Sara bit her lip.  "Uh.  Yeah.  You and Mick lived here before Rip came and got you for the mission."  Snart glanced around studying the small hideout for a few minutes.  "Well.  For being thieves we didn't do very well did we?"  Sara grinned a little at his comment.  "I've learned not to answer those types of questions."  Leonard grinned back a little.  Sara watched as Snart began to get settled.  "Where do you stay?  I am sure you have a much better place than I."  Snart smirked.  He assumed that if she was living the high life perhaps he could get into her good graces and she could help him get settled into something better.

"I live in Star City.  That is where my apartment is.  I plan on going back there in a few days or so."  Leonard narrowed his eyes slightly hearing those words.  I guess I'll go to plan B and find someone else I can rip off.  "Right now I have been staying at one of my friends' apartment."  Leonard rolled his eyes.  It was like he didn't trust her to say who her friend really was.  And she probably shouldn't.  "The annoying brunette who works at Star labs?"  Sara raises her eye slightly at his comment.  "It's not that hard to figure out."  He said noticing her surprised look.  "Um.  Yeah.  I guess so."  Sara stood quietly a few minutes unsure of what to say.  She had nothing in common with his old Snart.  "I.  I guess I should get going."

Snart looked at Sara slightly hesitant.  He didn't exactly want her to leave.  But he didn't want her to stay either.  He wasn't sure who he could trust.  But he thought he could trust her.  "Yeah..  I guess you should."  He watched as Sara left then slumped down onto the floor leaning his back against the wall.   Closing his eye to concentrate.

"You shouldn't let her get to you."  Leonard's heart pounded and his eyes flung open.  He hadn't realized he fell asleep.  He looked straight ahead to see Vandal Savage standing in front of him.  "I'm not."  He muttered.  Though he wasn't exactly sure he believed his answer himself.  He thought he could remember some things that had happened between them before his accident.  But he didn't think such things could be possible for someone like him.

"Liar.  We had a plan Snart.  I hope the girl isn't going to be a distraction."  Leonard glared at Savage.  "I have it covered."  He growled at the man.  "I sure hope you do.  Because you will know what happens if you don't."  Savage warned and then just as his figure appeared, it had also vanished.  Feeling his heart pound faster, Leonard jolted from his sleep.  He made a quick scan around to make sure that the man wasn't still lurking nearby.  The girl was in danger that much was certain.  But if he went against Vandal, she would be in even more danger.  He closed his eyes for a split second.  He needed to contact Sara.  He needed to talk to her.  He stood up and exited out of the hideout and began to make his way back to Star labs.
