"Do you know where Vandal is hiding?" Sara asked Eip nervously once they were back on the ship. Now that she knew there was a chance that Leonard was alive, she wanted to find him, to see for herself. Unfortunately Vandal had him. So she didn't know how long he would survive. She closed her eyes a moment as the thought hit her. I can't think like that. She thought.
Rip sighed a little. "No. We are working on it. Once again without an upgrade on Gideon we can't find him. We have to wait until Vandal makes an appearance. Sara scowled a little. She knew the answer but she still wanted to ask. "We don't have time to wait for Savage!" She hissed. Rip stepped closer to her and placed his hand on her shoulder. "Look. Sara. We will find him. And I won't stop till we do..." Sara stared at Rip for a moment then pulled away from his reach and stomped towards her quarters.
At the knock of the door, Sara sighed. "Doesn't anyone get any privacy?" She asked turning her head to see Ray. "I'm just checking on you. Just concerned is all." Ray said slowly making his way into Sara's quarters. "I'm fine." She muttered. Ray raised his eye slightly knowing otherwise. "I'm just. I guess trying to take everything all in.." He nodded a little leaning back against the wall. "I know. It is a lot to take in. Even for someone like me. I know it's crazy and dangerous. But I think time travel is quite amazing.." Sara rolled her eyes. "Of course you would think that. You haven't lost anybody." Ray took a deep breath as he crossed his arms looking at Sara.
"Maybe not due to time traveling. But I have experienced loss just as any of you had. I had a fiancé myself. Just like Rip. In a way I can understand him wanting to do what it takes to save his family. I wish I could have.. It is why I want to help him. Even if it isn't quite possible to do so. We can at least eliminate Savage. I can't get justice for her but I can help Rip get justice..."
Sara stayed silent a few minutes then nodded. "Do you think Leonard will be okay?" She asked somewhat starting to settle down a little. Which seemed to surprise her. Ray took a deep breath. "Leonard is smart and thick headed. I know he will do what it takes to survive. And I don't think Savage will do anything. He would want to keep Leonard alive to lure Rip in. He's simply just trying to play by his own rules instead of ours. He won't do anything to Leonard..." Sara and Ray had stayed quiet a few minutes before Sara decided to speak. "Ray? Thanks." She said quietly. He gave a small smile and a nod of his head. "You are welcome." She watched as he exited her quarters.
Sara closed her eyes trying to get some sleep before they had to go after Savage. But she still was having the nightmares. They were going back and forth between Laurel and Leonard. They were calling out for her to come help them but she never seemed to get to them on time. Or it was Savage making her choose between the two. "No! No!.." She mumbled. "Hey.. Sara.." She felt someone gently shake her awake and she jolted upward on her bed ready to attack only to spot Ray sitting on the ledge of her bed looking worried. "Ray?" "Rip thinks we might have a lead on where Savage is.." Sara quickly hops off the bed and follows Ray out to the main room.
"Rip.. What did you find?" Sara asked. He narrowed his eye slightly. "Well. Actually. Looks like Vandal Savage is here in Star City. 2016." Sara's heart pounded fast. "That means he is coming for me.. Oliver and the others might be in danger.. It is possible he is still working with Dahrk. If we can find Vandal Savage we can find Dahrk.." She began to ramble and made her exit off the wave rider but felt someone grab her arm. "Look Sara. I know you want to get revenge for Laurel as well. But please think about this before going in after them.. Don't go in without a plan." Ray pleaded. Sara glared at him and he could see the blood lust starting to boil within her. "Don't tell me what to do." She hissed.
Rip sighed as he watched Sara make a quick exit off the wave rider. He and Ray let her get a decent enough head start before they exited the wave rider to follow Sara.
