Be silent and listen: have you recognized your madness and do you admit it? Have you noticed that all your foundations are completely mired in madness? Do you not want to recognize your madness and welcome it in a friendly manner? You wanted to accept everything. So accept madness too. Let the light of your madness shine, and it will suddenly dawn on you. Madness is not to be despised and not to be feared, but instead you should give it life...If you want to find paths, you should also not spurn madness, since it makes up such a great part of your nature...Be glad that you can recognize it, for you will thus avoid becoming its victim. Madness is a special form of the spirit and clings to all teachings and philosophies, but even more to daily life, since life itself is full of craziness and at bottom utterly illogical. Man strives toward reason only so that he can make rules for himself. Life itself has no rules. That is its mystery and its unknown law. What you call knowledge is an attempt to impose something comprehensible on life. - C.G. Jung, The Red Book: A Reader's Edition

"Aight son you got it, make sure you put those sodas in the freezer before you leave." Knight orders. Zeus nods, stacking the packages of meats in the display fridge. It's closing time and as always Zeus has to close up shop. He didn't mind because he knew his father couldn't do it himself.
"Aight pop. Call me when you get home, I know it's gone take ya old ass at least an hour." Zeus teases. Knight couldn't help but laugh, and shake his head.
"Boy I tell you, if you ain't your father's child." Knight laughs, walking out the back door. Zeus couldn't help but laugh himself. Both his parents have a sense of humor, but his father was the fool of the family. Zeus breaks down the boxes, hearing the phone ring through his earbuds which cuts off his music.
"Call from, FBM." Siri informs. Zeus smirks, pressing the button to the earphones to answer.
"Yea baby?" He answers.
"Where are you, I'm hungry and horny." Yoko whines. Zeus laughs, putting the cases of soda in the deep freezer.
"I'm closing up shop baby, and you didn't cook?" He questions.
"No. I don't know how." She mumbles in embarrassment. Zeus smiles, closing and locking the door of the freezer.
"Well how you gone cook for me and the kids in the future?" He questions.
"You'll have to teach me, but for right now what's up with that platter?" Yoko laughs causing Zeus to do the same.
"I made it already baby. Five wings, Mac and cheese, greens, yams and a slice of pineapple cornbread. You want anything on your chicken?" He questions.
"Yea, Sriracha hot sauce but I gotta wait till you get here. I know y'all only carry. Texas Pete's and Louisiana." She mumbles.
