I Need You (Pearl X OC) [Under Construction]

Part 2: The Capture and The Explanation.

Regular POV

The Crystal gems and Steven are chasing Purple Fluorite. Garnet was launching her gauntlets at her and Amethyst kept trying to catch her with her whip. Pearl threw her spear at a tree, causing it to fall and block off the path.

Purple Fluorite tried to climb over it quickly but Amethyst managed to get her whip wrapped around Purple Fluorite's ankle. Purple Fluorite fell down and immediately got scared, beginning to shake violently.

The Gems were about to attack her when Purple Fluorite raised her hands up, still shaking.

"P-p-p-please!! Don't hurt me!" Purple Fluorite stuttered, beginning to cry out of fear.

Steven ran up to her, causing her to cover herself with her arms, and just rested a hand against her arm.

"Steven! Get away from her! We don't know what she'll do!" Pearl yelled, worried that Steven would get hurt.

"No! She won't hurt us! She's already hurt and can't you see how scared she is?! We can't fight her! Let's just talk to her. Please..." Steven pleaded, not wanting to fight or hurt her.

"Absolutely not! We-" Pearl started, but getting interrupted by Garnet.

"Alright Steven. Let's talk with her." Garnet said, calmly while making her gauntlets disappear.

"You can't be serious!" Pearl exclaimed.

"We are doing this Steven's way. Now put your weapons away." Garnet ordered.

Pearl was hesitant but put her spear away and Amethyst got rid of her whip.

They walked up to her and tried to make her feel a little less scared but to no avail.

"What's your name? My name is Steven." Steven said, letting a friendly smile spread across his face.

"P-Purple Fluorite..." She stuttered.

"Nice to meet ya!" Steven said, happily.

"Why are you here?" Garnet interrupted, wanting answers.

Purple Fluorite jumped a bit. "I was trying to get away from Homeworld and all the gems..." She muttered.

"Why?" Garnet asked.

Purple Fluorite started to shake again, remembering everything. Hot tears started to stream down her face.

"N-No..." She muttered, reliving that moment in her head. She was no longer on Mask Island or Earth.

She was back on Homeworld, in front of Yellow Diamond. She was surrounded by other Purple Fluorite's and everyone was scared.

"These Purple Fluorite's are too peaceful! They were made to be warriors! But they refuse to fight! They're strong but useless!" Yellow Diamond yelled. "They will be smashed for being so useless!"

A bunch of Jaspers and Amethysts surrounded the group and grabbed all of them. They brought them to the lab and started to poof each Purple Fluorite there.

Purple Fluorite was about to be poofed, when she decided to run. Jaspers and Amethysts started to chase her.

"Purple Fluorite! Purple Fluorite!" Steven shouted, shaking her.

"Yo! You still alive?" Amethyst said, waving her hand in front of Purple Fluorite's face.

"Huh?! What?!" Purple Fluorite yelled, finally snapping out of it. She looked around and saw the gems and Steven around her. "Oh thank goodness... It was just my imagination..." She muttered, shaking her head.

"Are you okay...?" Steven asked, worried.

"...I'm fine." She said, reassuringly. Then she looked at all the gems. "I'll tell you all another time on why I didn't want to be on Homeworld. But, I can promise you I don't want to hurt anyone. I hate fighting."

Garnet looked at her for awhile but then nodded. "Alright, I believe you. But we won't leave you on this island. You will be staying with us."

"What?!" Everyone exclaimed, all reacting differently.

"Yay! Now we can play games and watch cartoons. You can walk around beach city with me! It'll be great!" Steven yelled, stars in his eyes.

"Garnet, are you sure about this? She could be lying." Pearl whispered, concerned.

"I'm with Pearl on this one. Plus, where would we put her?" Amethyst said, crossing her arms.

"She's gonna stay with Pearl." Garnet said, adjusting her glasses.

"But Garnet!" Pearl exclaimed

"No buts, Pearl. She will stay with you and that's final. Now let's go." Garnet ordered.

"Come on Purple Fluorite! Let's go show you your new home!" Steven said, grabbing her arm and dragging her towards the warp pad.

Purple Fluorite let Steven drag her but she caught a glimpse of Pearl and saw her glaring at her. But Purple Fluorite only blushed.

"She looks kinda cute when she's mad." She thought as she was dragged towards the warp pad.

Everyone was soon on and Steven was smiling.

"This is gonna be awesome!" He said as the warp pad activated.
