Chapter 16: Allies Back

Lena got top school early cause her mom started her job last week and Lena also stated driving lessons a week ago, also Allie was coming back today!

"Can anyone tell me how to parallel park?" Asked the teacher. "Yes Ms.Anderson."

"Merge left or right and back up and go forward until you are parked." Said Lena.

"Very nice." Continued the teacher.

After about an hour Lena was able to see her best friend again.

"Allie!" Yelled Lena.

"Lena!" Yelled Allie.

"It's been so long, how are you?" Asked Lena hugging her.

"I'm fine, and so are ask of my moms, friends, relatives." Started Allie pulling away and racing into her backpack. "Also I brought you this." She held or the first and second chapter to her book.

"Awesome, I can't wait to read it." Said Lena skimming the cover.

"Don't worry,I audio got you a snow globe." Said Allie pulling out a snow globe in a box.

"Yes!" Said Lena.

"Do you know where Atlas is, we need to work on a project?" Asked Allie closing her backpack.

"1. I kind of already figured out that you were throwing me a superpower party, and 2. He's sick." Said Lena.

"Darn to both, ok well see you later." Said Allie walking to her classroom after putting her stuff away.

Lena opened the globe and noticed it had a statue of Big Ben on it with a very distinct clock time, 5:38 and a 2 carved into the top.

Lena was confused by how Allie knew about this specific numbers. However, she went on with get day and waited until lunch to ask.

At lunch...

"Hey Allie, I've been meaning to ask you something." Started Lena looking up at her.

"What is it?" Asked Allie looking at her food.

"Well a few things actually but one is, why did you choose this clock?" Asked Lena.

"Because I thought it was cute." Stated Allie.

"You always have a specific reason for getting something, and I have another question, how do you know the watchover?" Said Lena raising her voice.

"Fine, I got an urge to get that one cause it seemed right." Said Allie looking up.

"Your avoiding the question, how do you know the watchover?" Said Lena just as loud.

Allies phone went off and she stepped outside to take it.

Phone call...

"I can't keep stalling I'm running out of ideas."

"She won't believe that."

"I can do that but I'm still avoiding the question."

"Ok that might work, thanks, bye." She hung up and walked back inside.

"Why did you get me this?" Asked Lena calmer than before.

"As a reminder." Said Allie looking her in the eyes.

"How do you know the watchover/ my dad gave me this numbers?" Asked Lena.

Allie went still.

"I was there." Said Allie finally.

"What?" Asked Lena.

"Whenever someone doesn't answer a telepathy call, you can play it back and hear what's going on at the moment so that's how I heard you and your father." Said Allie.

"Seriously, more abilitys within abilitys." Complained Lena.

"I know right." Said Allie continuing to eat.

After school...

"Last week you got to show off your designs on the runway, and now, since we have a few until the end of the year, we are going on a field trip to a real fashion show." Said the director of fashion club."

"Now, I'm going to pass out a few sheets that your parent must sign for you to attened the fashion show, the rest of this time is yours." Said the teacher passing out the papers.

Everyone was taking with each other on how excited they were to go, but Lena didn't want to go for some reason.

Lena got a ride home from Allie and got some soup so they could take it to Atlas.

"How are you feeling?" Asked Lena kissing Atlas on the forehead placing the soup on the counter.

"I'm okay, it's just a cold, it'll be fine soon." Said Atlas laying on the couch.

Now she knows about the superpowers party, we should give her a birthday party. Telepathyed Allie to Atlas.
