Natalie's Point of View
Justin claimed he was helping me with the sundaes, but he was really just messing around. Like, a minute ago he was juggling some apples we had in a bowl on the kitchen counter. And before that, he was showing me some of his "Justin Bieber dance moves" ... All of it was really cute though. And although he was very distracting, I was finally almost done with the sundaes! As I finished up the last one, Justin took the whip cream and sprayed some on my nose. "Really, Justin?" I asked. He smiled and shrugged his shoulders.
"You looked like you could use some," he said, as he started tossing the whip cream around in his hand. I laughed as he accidentally dropped it and bent down to pick it up.
"Nice..." I said sarcastically. He set it down on the kitchen counter. I decided I should get the whip cream off my nose and grabbed a napkin to wipe my nose with. "Here, let me do it," he said, taking the napkin from me. As he was wiping my nose, I noticed he would occasionally look at my lips... Once he was finished though, he looked straight into my eyes. "There," he whispered. I smiled.
"Thanks," I said, looking down, feeling a little shy. He put a finger under my chin, forcing me to look back up at him, and into his eyes.
"You have beautiful eyes, you know that?"
I smiled. "You think so?"
He nodded. "They're gorgeous."
I blushed and looked away from him, grabbing the bowl of ice cream I just finished preparing and some others. "Yours are too Justin."
"Ice cream!" Steph yelled. Her and Alyson raced towards me.
"Woah guys, slow down..." I said nervously, trying to balance the bowls of ice cream I was holding. "You're gonna make me drop them."
They both took a bowl from me. Then I gave the last bowl they left me with to Marissa. When I looked at Justin, I saw him giving one of the two he had to Nicole. I sighed. I was one short. And there's no more ice cream.
"It's okay. I didn't want ice cream anyway," I said quietly. Justin looked over at me.
"There's no more left?" he asked. I shook my head. He looked down at his ice cream, then back up at me. "Oh, well, it's cool if you want some of mine."
"Aww," Steph blurted out, nudging me with her elbow, "he's gonna give you some of his!"
"How cute," Nicole said.
"Yeah," Marissa agreed, "that's really cute."
"Totally," Alyson added, nodding her head.
"Guys!" I shouted. They all giggled as they walked over to the couch and sat down to watch tv. I rolled my eyes at them. Then I turned my attention to Justin. I noticed his cheeks were a light shade of pink. He's blushing? How cute. I love it when a boy blushes... He walked over to me with his bowl of ice cream.
"Uh I'll go get another spoon," I said. As I turned around to go get one from the kitchen, Justin grabbed my hand, stopping me.
"No need to. We could just share mine," he said. I smiled.
"Aw!" Steph squealed, loudly.
"Oh shut up and eat your ice cream!" I said, looking over at her. I looked back at Justin. He laughed and let go of my hand. I wish he hadn't.
"Come on," he said, motioning for me to follow him. We went to join everyone on the couch. There wasn't a lot of space left for us to sit, so we sat on the smaller couch across from them. "Here," he said, picking up a spoonful of ice cream and bringing it close to my lips. I smiled and opened my mouth. He slid the spoon in my mouth gently and fed me the ice cream. I loved how careful he was. When we eventually finished our ice cream, well, his ice cream, I looked over at my friends across from us, on the other couch. Steph grinned at me. Then she looked at Marissa sitting next to her and whispered something in her ear... Marissa looked at me and Justin, and then back at Steph, smiling and nodding. I narrowed my eyes. What are they up to? A minute later I watched as Marissa got up "to go to the bathroom" ... When she came back, Steph's legs were taking up her spot on the couch.
"Oh great," she said, putting her hands on her hips. Justin took his attention off the tv and looked at her. "I don't have a place to sit," she complained. I looked at Justin. I watched as he looked at the couch across from us taken up by Alyson, Nicole, Steph, and well...Steph's legs. Then he looked at our smaller couch, which really wouldn't fit Marissa. Marissa grinned, and I knew right away what she was going to ask. "Could Natalie sit on your lap?" she asked, seconds later after I predicted it. Justin looked at me. He shrugged and nodded. Then he looked at Marissa.
"Fine with me," he said. I smirked. He's okay with it. He doesn't mind me sitting on his lap... And I mean, I don't think Selly would care if I did. What's the big deal?... I got up and stood in front of him. He smiled and patted his lap. I laughed and gently sat down. When Marissa sat next to us, I looked at her. She winked at me. I rolled my eyes and smiled. I have to remember to thank her and Steph later.
