Chapter 3- We Got Chased

"Hey. You okay? Oh sorry how rude of me. Hi, I'm Jackson Wang." He spoke with confidence as he held his hand out.

Oh my gosh, he's able to speak in English! Is he a foreigner too!? I would have never..

"What's wrong?" Jackson asked confused.

"Thank Goodness someone knows how to speak English! Ermm.. Hi I'm... Angelina but call me Lina" she gave a small smile at the stranger.

"Could you please explain to this Ajussi that I've paid for my items. He's clearly in the wrong and accusing me.. Hey! What's so funny?" Before she could finish off what she was saying, she noticed the guy named  Jackson smirking, which took her by suprise.

She thought he was here to help her, but clearly he was entertained by all of this.

"It's just that.." Jackson began to say, but suddenly someone in the crowed cheered "JACKSON OPPA SARANGHAEYO!!" (I love you Jackson).

Lina looked over and saw it was a girl jumping up and down, waving her hand in excitment.

The crowd had now also multiplied and a swarm of school kids in their school uniforms were stood around, mostly girls.

Lina began to feel quite anxious and was confused of what was going on, as the girls giggled and whispered to eachother in Korean

"What's going on?" Lina gasped.

Suddenly there were flashing lights as the crowd began to take snaps and screams and cheers filled the street.

Lina watched dumfounded "Why are they taking pictures of me!?" She quickly hid behind Jackson, as he shouted some words in Korean back at the crowd and waved at them, laughing.

Lina then watched as Jackson took some money out of his wallet and handed a few notes over to the shop keeper, as he said something to him in Korean. He placed his wallet back in his jean pocket and turned around to look at her.

"Can you run?" He asked her with a smirk on his lips.

"Erhh yeah? But why do you.. Hey! Give it back!" Jackson had grabbed one of her grocery bags off her, now holding it in one hand and held her wrist in his othet hand, stopping her from grabbing it back off him.

"Good! Then run!" He told her.

Jackson dashed out of the crowed, pulling Lina along with him. Lina screamed in suprise, as her legs tried to keep up with Jacksons. The crowd followed after them, chanting words, but all Lina could recognise them say was the guys name that was now pulling her along the streets of Seoul.

A couple of seconds later, Lina could no longer hear the screaming girls who were chasing them. "Hey! Why are we running? Where... Where are you taking me? Will you explain what the heck is going on!?" Lina shouted at Jackson, as she yanked her arm, releasing her wrist from his grip, causing Jackson to stop too.

Lina rested her hands on her knees, breathing heavily

"A-Are you crazy? We can't stop now. We need to carry on running." Jackson looked back at her, also out of breath, as he grabbed for her hand again.

Lina shook his hand away and crossed her arms over her chest and stomped her feet. "No! I'm not going anywhere until you explain to me. Why. Are. We. Running!?" She screamed.

All of a sudden the screaming was heard again and Lina noticed Jackson's facial expression had changed to worry. "Just.. trust me Lina." He put his hand out for her to take. "I promise I'll explain everything later, but right now, we need to go!"
