Chapter 43- Broken Heart

The next day, everyone was sat in the living room, as SooAh and Yugyeom had cooked everyone breakfast.

Mark and Bambam were still asleep, since they had come home late from their schedule.

"Should someone wake up Mark Oppa and Bambam?" SooAh asked.

"I think it's best to leave them asleep for another hour. They got back home late. You can put their food away in the microwave." Jaebum told.

Jinyoung just then walked in to join everyone else at the table. He was sniffling and had a red nose and kept his blanket wrapped around him.
"Lina. H-How are you.." *Achoo* "now? Feeling better?"

Lina looked at him concerned. "I'm fine. But you clearly don't look it. Did you catch a cold? Mianhae Oppa."

Jinyoung waves his hand. "Aniyah. Gwenchana" *cough* *cough*

"Oppaaa.. You need warm soup and medication." Lina frowned. She then looked to Yugyeom. "Do you mind going to get it for your Hyung after you finish eating?"

"Okay. That's fine." Yugyeom nodded as he gobbled up his food to finish off quickly. "SooAh you should accompany him?" Lina added.

Lina had seen the interaction of Yugyeom with SooAh. She had a feeling there was something going on and figured it would be better for SooAh to have someone like Yugyeom, even if it's as friends.

"Oh. Okay." SooAh replied back as she went to put Mark and Bambam's food away in the microwave.

Sometime later, Mark had woken up. He imidiately went over to Jackson room to see how Lina was doing. As soon as he had got back to the dorm last night, from his schedule, Youngjae had told him what had happened at the beach. But Mark had decided to let Lina rest and see her in the morning.

Mark knocked on the door. "Lina, are you in there?" He asked.

Lina was brushing her hair after she had taken a bath and was now in one of Jackson's hoodies and a pair of his shorts. "Mark? Is that you? Yeah come in." She told him.

Mark entered and looked around the room. "Where's Jackson?"

Lina nodded over to the ensuite. "He's showering." She then turned her body to face Mark. "How did your MCing go yesterday?"

Mark noticed Lina was in Jacksons clothes and frowned slightly, before running his hands through his hair and sighing. "It was fine. Are you okay though? Youngjae told me what happened yesterday." He took a few steps closer into the room towards Lina.

"Oh that. Well.. uhhh. Yeah I'm fine now. Don't worry about me." Lina then thought of something else to talk about to change the subject. "So are you going to talk to SooAh today?"

Mark looked confused for a milisecond, before he realised what Lina was talking about. "Right. It's today hmm?"

"I wish it wasn't like this. Isn't there a different way? I just.. I can't see her get hurt Mark." Lina frowned.

"I know." Mark sighs. "But I just.. I have to get it done sooner or later. Like I said. I don't want to drag this on. She deserves someone better who will love her. And I just.. I can't give her that." He said the last part looking right at Lina.

Lina felt a shiver run through her and looked away from Mark's stare.

Just then, Jackson opened the bathroom door. "Lina, could you give me a hand?"

"Ofcourse." Lina picked up Jacksons crutches and handed it to him.

"There's breakfast left in the microwave for you." Lina told Mark.
